A pleasant cafe with delicious cuisine and a cozy atmosphere! The interior is unobtrusive, without unnecessary pretentiousness — it encourages a relaxing stay. Excellent service: polite, prompt, without delay.
I especially liked **khinkali** — juicy, fragrant, with a perfect dough. But **kebab** disappointed with its appearance: the serving was sloppy, the dish did not look too appetizing, although it tasted good.
Overall, it's a good place to have a snack. If they refine the serving of some dishes, it will be absolutely great!

A great place to visit in Grodno. Very loyal price tag, location in the city center, there are many places around that you can explore and then go for a snack. We stayed in Grodno during the New Year holidays and had two meals at Khinkalna. Once on the day of arrival, after 22 hours, despite the fact that the establishment is open until 23 hours, we were warmly welcomed and fed, warned of which positions were missing and offered a replacement. Special thanks to our waiter Sofia, just the height of professionalism and tact, she knows the menu to the comma, we were delighted with her. The second time we got on a full flight without prior reservation, the administrator immediately warned us about the waiting time, but we agreed to wait. As a result, she found a solution for our rather large company and we were seated at a table even ahead of time. The service was excellent again, which is important, because even the most delicious dish will not make up for poor service. The dishes also left only a pleasant impression. I recommend this wonderful place to visit!

The waiting time is short, considering that almost all the tables were occupied. Literally 10-15 minutes and the ordered dishes were already on the table. Warm, fragrant, juicy and of course very tasty! We tried khinkali of all kinds.
When ready, the waiter Valeria told me where they were, so as not to get confused. She also suggested a promotional offer and advised on the dishes. Everything is very polite and competent.
Khachapuri in Adjarian is also 10 out of 10.
It is definitely convenient that the sinks are in the hall, there is no need to crowd into the toilet and take hold of the door handle with already washed hands.
They left well-fed and satisfied. When visiting Grodno some day, we will definitely go to the Khinkalnya for delicious dishes and high-quality service.

We came to have dinner closer to 22:00 on May 2, we didn't think they would be able to serve, but we were calmly offered to settle down, that's it... The waiter stubbornly ignored us, and as a result, we were only able to offer khinkali and a couple of hot dishes from the entire menu. That's it! They brought 3 more khinkali than was stated, as a result, they also included it in the bill, although we said that it was not ours.

Well done! I got there by accident, I was looking for something interesting to eat, bright and did not lose. The air conditioner works in the heat. Music, good, turned on waiters. The food is delicious, there are fortunately spicy dishes. We have been on vacation several times. They also took it to take away. It turns out to be very profitable - 48 rubles! We took a meat plate, it was enough for two of us for three times. The most delicate kebabs and lula. Businesses are also good, they can be combined with a regular order. What a place. If you are hungry in the center of Grodno, you can only go to Khinkalnya for food! Soups and salads are for lovers because of the same cilantro and spices, but you can sell your soul for khinkali and khachapuri. My favorite is khinkali in Kakheti and with cheese. The only thing I will note and recommend is to immediately think about the menu, since the waiting time for hot dishes is about 30 minutes, but if you come to spend time in a pleasant atmosphere and are not in a hurry, then this is not critical!

The place is popular, there are a lot of people on weekends and on weekday evenings, it's worth considering

It is better to book a table in advance if you want better seats or are going to a large company.)
If the kitchen improves its work and starts serving dishes faster during full planting, it will be cool!
We recently ordered soup, khinkali, khachapuri and 2 salads with a guy. As a result, salads were the last to be served after the main dishes were eaten. This spoiled the impression, although the dishes were delicious as usual.

I came in for lunch at about 16 o'clock. There were quite a lot of people in the hall, I understand that it is always crowded here.
I ordered khinkali with beef and herbs, Georgian salad and kvass.
Bread slices were served along with the salad. The salad itself is a mix of vegetables (tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper, eggplant), seasoned with nut dressing. In general, it's pretty good, but it seemed to me that the dressing was sour, you can add less acid. Khinkali was delicious: minced meat without bones and veins, spices. I liked the kvass too. From 15 to 17 on weekdays, 50% discount on Khinkali.
The waiter worked well, but it would be worth bringing 2 sets of appliances, not only for the salad. You never know, but someone may not eat khinkali with their hands, even though Georgians will not approve of it.

Cons: there is very little broth in khinkali, there are no greens, and THE MAIN disadvantage is very noisy! The dough rolling machine will drive an aspen stake into your head and cause a 5-point earthquake. My beer in my glass was agitated with every stroke of this infernal machine. The waiter said it would be over soon, we had dinner for an hour and all this time it was pounding on our brains. And all this with very loud music. I strongly advise against this place, there are plenty of good places nearby.

We visited on the evening of November 26, 2025, having previously booked a table. The order was carried for 1.5 hours!!! Khinkali is cold. We didn't get any hot stuff. Lemonade and French fries were served for 1.5 hours. They asked for the dishes and carried them for 20 minutes. And this is with an incomplete landing. As a result, they went hungry to another restaurant. They left a complaint in the book. There used to be a wonderful restaurant, unfortunately now we won't go back there.

We visited this institution on 1.09.2024 with a family at lunch (2 adults and 1 child)
The table was not booked in advance. The establishment was found through Yandex maps.
We parked at the restaurant in the parking lot.
I was greeted by a friendly admin at the entrance. She said she had to wait (7-10 minutes)1 hall was open (full boarding)
The table was cleared-they sat us down, quickly gave the menu and the child a high chair, which was standing (the table was not fixed, they could not put food on it).
We ordered 2 khinkali with meat, 2 with meat and greens with sour cream, premium beer, khachapuri for my husband, liter juice, lemonade and 1 khinkali with meat, soup for the child (they asked without greens), khinkali and fries with ketchup.
The order was repeated correctly, I asked the child to bring food first.(there is a children's menu).
The drinks were quickly taken out, then khachapuri for my husband, then khinkali for me and the child, then fries...they asked for the soup 2 times, it's still not there.they ate everything, but there was no soup. The dishes were not removed from the table, although the waiters passed many times.They called the administrator, asked him to cancel the soup, because they were already tired of waiting.
The waiter came and tried to explain that the soup was in the receipt and that it was being prepared (although he had previously said that he was ready for broth and it was heated and that was it) and it could not be removed and in general they took everything out when ready - I explained that we were not warned about this, what kind of soup if we had already eaten everything! And waiting 30-40 minutes for soup is strong!
Answer: I will consult with the administrator.
We will remove the soup as a result. They asked for the bill. The waiter comes up and says he can take the soup with him ?- No, we have nowhere to warm up and we are leaving- they will warm you in the kitchen !- No, thanks!
They brought out the bill without soup. We paid for it .
But they were upset !
The result is a popular institution! In demand! The food is really delicious! Khinkali is not spicy and does not cause heartburn! Beer doesn't taste bitter! Khachapuri is not salty-it is good.
But we need to work with the staff!

I don't recommend it. The kitchen is for two with a minus - we ordered chashushuli and lula kebab. All the grilled vegetables were piled in the bowl, apparently half-eaten by other customers. Lyulya kebab is by no means a beef dish, but some kind of "dog's joy", something finely ground in dough. The service is terrible: very slow, impolite. This place has nothing to do with Georgian cuisine!

There is a lack of sharpness in Khinkali. The price tag for the food is nice. There are a lot of people, but this rather indicates the quality and price of the establishment.
I'll update it in a year. The pungency was added to khinkali, everything is OK, but guys, khachapuri in Adjara was not a success that day, it's raw inside, it's like a plank of hardness from below, and the cheese is simply destroyed.
