We were here this weekend. It's a big place, very spacious and at the same time cozy. Large windows do their job. We ate kharcho - spicy, there is enough meat. I really liked khachapuri! We did not try homemade wine, we immediately took a bottle of Old Tbilisi. We are very glad that there is a restaurant of this chain nearby. We will come all the time. Special thanks to the administrator Julia for her attentiveness!

We visited the restaurant on September 10 with a small company. And we decided for ourselves that we would not set foot here anymore.
1. We had a table reserved on the 2nd floor. We had to look for the administrator ourselves, and then either the reservation was not found immediately, or something else, but they did not put us at the table immediately, as if even slightly ignoring our presence before that.
2. The menu was delivered exactly 15 minutes later, and then only after we checked with a passing waiter.
3. We ordered hot and khachapuri in Adjarian style. They asked for hot food to be brought at the same time, as a result, the difference between serving dishes was 20 minutes. Khachapuri was first taken to another table, which did not order them at all. Then they brought it to us. Moreover, the second time it was to another table and again not to us (we ordered several pieces)! There are no hot questions, the dishes are delicious. There is no butter in khachapuri, the cheese is baked in such a way that it will not work to dip the dough into it, although in general it tastes quite good.
4. When booking a table by phone, the receptionist seemed to be "not here", constantly heard the wrong thing I was saying, answered as if at random.
In general, if the service is important to you, then you are clearly not here, here it suffers a lot.

I recognize the administrator and many of the waiters by sight, otherwise at first it was as if new people came to work every day. And as for the cuisine, it has always been excellent, both in prinitsp and throughout the network. Grilled dishes, khinkali, khachapuri - excellent! The restaurant is big, but sometimes you just can't sit down in the evening, especially on weekends.

The place is good, they cook delicious and this is really Georgian cuisine (I have lived with a Georgian for more than one year! He was a great cook himself) but! We came to khinkalnya on September 10. There were negative impressions about the service and questions about the kitchen. By service:
1. At the entrance to the establishments, the waiters greet you, but you yourself must look for a place to sit. The waiters do not take you to the table and leave you free to swim. In total, they found it themselves and sat down at an empty table
2. You will not be given a menu. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come up to us and in the end nothing. I had to call the waiter
3. If you ordered something, then you need to look for a waiter yourself to clarify when it will be.
4. The receptionist is on the second floor and will not meet you
In the kitchen:
1. Khinkali is normal
2. Khachapuri was overexposed in Adjarian style - the cheese has seized and it is impossible to break through this armor. The dough is dry.
3. Kebab with questions about weight - I got small pieces. Not bad, but not super wow either. An ordinary shish kebab, some pieces are dry, some juicy
4. We waited for khachapuri for 1 hour (!)
