I do not recommend this dry cleaning. I came today at 18:20 (according to the working hours, open until 19:00), went to the window, said that it was necessary to clean the down jacket, to which the woman, without answering anything, began to serve the next customer who came to pick up his order and said in an indignant voice that now do not understand how much she would have to place my order,there was a desire to leave already, but I decided to skip this moment. Then she took my down jacket and began to consider, then comments were received that my lining was torn (about 5 cm), and she would have to sew it up for 2 rubles, without asking me anything at all, then she said that there were several lumps of sintepon and after cleaning the down jacket might be in good condition, and maybe No. After these words and the aggressive tone on the part of the employee, I left, because it was no longer possible to listen and hear these outrages.
