Awful service. My suit was almost exactly as not cleaned at all

I didn't want to write much about the service today. The dry cleaner took the clothes away without asking what kind of clothes they were, and then they reported that the leather trim could be damaged during dry cleaning. The clothes weren't delivered on time, and they didn't even bother to tell me what would be delivered the next day. They are very far from luxury service. Their advertising is great, but the service is great!!

Communication with the employee at the reception leaves much to be desired. After checking the jackets, the first thing she said was: "This is a sintepon, if it goes down, we are not responsible."
If you cannot guarantee high-quality cleaning and careful handling, why offer such services at all?
When she asked for a phone number, I offered two in case of need. To this she replied: "We won't call you anyway." Then why ask for the number at all?
Overall, the service left an unpleasant impression and looked unprofessional.
