I visited this branch on 11.01.25, I was super satisfied! Firstly, I really like Helix, and secondly, this branch is in no way inferior to those where I applied earlier. Everything was done quickly, there were no problems, they gave recommendations, a treat (special thanks for customer orientation), and the blood was taken painlessly and quickly. And there was no queue at all. And I got the results day in, day out, wow! I recommend it!
Waiting less than 5 minutes on a weekday morning, quick check-in at the reception. The staff is very polite and considerate. I am pleased with the little things in the form of free coffee and delicious treats after blood donation.
I visited this branch twice. 09/24/24 I was tested for STIs and kvant-21 at the station of the paramedic M......h V.M. She underwent the same procedures more than 10 times throughout her life with minimal discomfort lasting seconds. This time I was "scraped" for about 10 minutes, changing a lot of tools. And the specialist herself, and after that the customer service called it "thoroughness", but for me, it's cruelty. During the procedure, blood began to flow (this had never happened before), which could affect the results of the tests. 4 days of spotting and discomfort in the lower abdomen.
The branch administrator does his job normally, but communicates rudely.
I was expecting an elite service in an elite area. I was wrong.
Only negative emotions from visiting this Helix department. The place is very passable, but there is one administrator and one laboratory assistant. The administrator is slow, never finds clients in the database the first time. Everything is happening very slowly. The laboratory assistant does everything in her power, tries to take tests quickly, there are no questions about her work.
Advantages: excellent staff, competent specialists. We only take tests for our daughter here. Balloons and sweets are an integral part of a positive test experience.
Cons: Sometimes there are queues.
An inexperienced female employee is working. Taking blood is very bad. He can't. After her, all the hands are blue and the veins are sore. This is despite the fact that my veins are perfectly visible, and I have never had such problems anywhere else. It happened not once, but 3-4 times. And it is with this employee.
A good laboratory with friendly and professional staff, it's just a pity that the results (a regular blood test for a child) were received only in the afternoon following the day of delivery - they specially arrived early in the morning to receive the same day
Good service. It's all clear. It would be great if the research consultation was carried out more succinctly and competently, but this already seems to be a whole separate additional staff unit of Prof.a laboratory diagnostician who would help people who want to do a check-up (and not on a doctor's prescription) come to Sinevo.
The worst branch so far. There is no electronic queue, even with a high load, only one administrator works. The tone of the administrator's communication leaves much to be desired. If the goal is to waste a few hours of time, this place is perfect.
Fast, high-quality, excellent service. The prices are reasonable. Polite staff. Modern materials are used for blood collection, which is convenient, especially when taking blood from a vein

I always went to get tested here, in this office. Everything seemed to be OK.
But after today's visit, when the receptionist almost sent me when I wanted to take the tests that were ordered by the clinic online, on different days: part today, honor tomorrow. I understand that it may not be possible to do this. But you can be a little more polite to visitors, and not turn into aunts in the clinic.
They forced a pregnant wife with a baby to pour urine into their container. The spouse stated that she would not do this, only then the 2nd employee said that she would do everything herself. The service for our money leaves much to be desired.
The laboratory has deteriorated very much. It's a long queue, it's better not to come at all on Monday morning

It hurts to take blood. I have been to many Synevos in Minsk, there is something to compare it with. The staff was not very friendly, they did not name the final amount of tests and did not ask if I was taking any medications. Knowing where they write it all down in the form, I wrote the medications myself.
