I came to the very opening, I was the first in the window. Not only that, they made it out as if it was the first time I came to them(I was serviced back in Synevo and there is one in the database), 5 people were replaced in another window at the same time, and there was no reaction to the request for a urine kit (according to the insurance, they should have given it out, I came with my own pre-purchased one). You will have to spend money and, most importantly, time to purchase a kit.
The price for the above is -2 points.
As it is, the blood was taken from the vein normally, coffee and lozenges were given out as usual, the results came every day.

For the second time, I have already been tested for 40 minutes in this laboratory. First, you stand in line at the checkout with an online order, then under the cabinet. For some reason, the laboratory assistant constantly runs from office to office. It would be possible to arrange for them to be electronically called for taking tests at least, but okay. I took a hot chocolate coupon from the vending machine, the chocolate seemed to have run out because it was not clear what was in the cup, I did not drink it. My husband also took coffee there yesterday, said that it did not look like coffee, it tasted like chocolate. There are already a lot of visitors for such a small laboratory.

Yesterday I came to take tests at this center. I liked the attitude of the staff. I often lose consciousness when donating blood, so I warn you about it in advance. Sometimes they start shouting in state polyclinics that I shouldn't have said that, they reacted well here. When it started to get dark in my eyes, they immediately brought me a glass of water and ammonia. They punctured it very carefully — there was no bruise left!
I was pleased with the coffee coupon and the sweet bonus— what you need after the tests! I will come again!

I took blood from a vein for analysis. It hurt, and then a bruise came out. They comment here that this is normal, then why do they pierce veins all their lives, including for ivs, and there have never been any bruises or pain. I think it's still about the qualifications of the employee.

I don't understand the rave reviews. The administrators are friendly, of course, but the doctors ... there are no words.. They pierced 2 veins, as blood did not flow from one, and the question "does this happen often?" was answered rudely. Which caused the bruise and pain all day. I don't recommend coming here.

I would like to add a review about the Tesla point.21 . We wanted to purchase a container for analysis , we arrived at 16:57 and were refused , the cash register is not closed!!! Although they work until 17:00. I am waiting for comments from Helix about this situation!

Excellent service! The girls at the reception and the blood taker are just super, they treat everything carefully, ask me several times how I feel and even realizing that people come to donate blood on an empty stomach, they offer baby puree and a warming drink for free! This is very pleasing, of course, and the truth is with the care of patients!❤️

I was in Helix for the first time. I took a glucose tolerance test. Everyone explained what can and cannot be done. After the first blood draw, they gave me glucose to drink, then I had to wait an hour, and during that time they asked how I was feeling. At the end, they gave me a coupon for coffee and a baby puree. Thank you very much for such a good attitude towards customers, I will definitely come to you again
