I come to this laboratory for the second time today and it feels like I have to beg for information and why I came. The first time I took tests, including blood, where I passed with a bruise for two weeks. And today I came to buy a container for OAM. To begin with, none of the two administrators even greeted me. Secondly, when I said that I wanted to buy a container for OAM, they asked me again why I needed it. Thirdly, the payment was by card and the administrator (a blonde woman who did not even have a badge, neither the first time nor the second) pushes a small part of the terminal through a small restrictive window, when at least last time it was handed to me from the side for convenience, and now I had to poke my phone (payment there was a card in the phone) into this fence, but the terminal did not work for this. And instead of getting up and correcting the situation, the admin just sat there and continued to sit. You know, you still need to look for such terrible service.
