Helix is about queues. We've had tests here three times. Each room takes from 40 minutes to an hour.
Helix is about saving money. Where do you think the prices are lower than those of competitors? Miracles don't happen. I'll give you a few tips - saving on staff (you're not sitting in line for nothing) and reagents.
Helix is about lack of adequacy. Together with my wife and child, I went to take tests. At first, we stood in line like everyone else. Then the child (6 months old) started acting up. We asked to go faster without queuing. They said wait. The pun is that the people who paid after us passed the check-in earlier. How does it work?
Helix - it's about a clinic under the guise of services. And how did they become the brand of the year? Is everything really wrong with such a service?
We decided for ourselves that we don't need to set foot in Helix without sooooo much. Paid tests in hospitals cost the same amount. And the free ones, I can't remember the last time I sat in line at the clinic for an hour. The money needs to be carried to those places where the service corresponds to this.

This is not the first time I have come, and every time the center and the staff leave a pleasant impression!
I place an order on the website, which gives me the opportunity to get a 5% discount. The center also provides discounts for subsequent tests (5%, 7%).
The test results arrive even earlier than expected, thank you for your hard work!

Terrible separation! This is the first time I've seen conditions worse than in a clinic.
Probably, when you go to a paid laboratory and pay a lot of money, you expect comfort. But, unfortunately, comfort is not about this branch.
Let's start from the beginning. The room is small, and a huge queue immediately greets you at the entrance (if you know that you have such a stream, make an electronic queue, put more sofas, and increase the number of employees at the point). There's not enough room for clothes in the closet, as well as sofas to put things on when you undress. After the procedure, there is also nowhere to sit or at least put things down. The time I spent on the analysis was 1 hour. I think I would have spent the same amount of time in the clinic for FREE.
Honestly, it's a shame that we've come to this. Other branches are much more comfortable and enjoyable. The basic needs for comfort are completely absent from the word.
