We applied for testing for allergen, cow protein and lactose.
The analysis is taken from a vein (the child is 4 months old) stress is for everyone.
We waited 10 days, the results came for lactose, and silence. Until they called us, we were stunned by the answer, fat was found in the blood, and we need to retake it. This nightmare
will happen again. So it also turned out that the analysis itself is done in Russia. So maybe something happened during transportation??
In general, the analysis is accepted without a guarantee!! Such an option.

Previously, a good laboratory turned into a polyclinic, only for a lot of money... an adult with perfect veins was bled so that he almost lost consciousness from pain...
Children are a separate topic... Without waiting in line for up to 3 years... And at the age of 4-5-6-7-8-9, can children sit in line for an hour on an equal basis with adults???? Is it impossible to skip them through at least 3-5 numbers?... But at the same time, I witnessed when, in front of a full hall of people, a person took a ticket for the results, he was called out of turn, and he said that I would not take it. And the receptionist, showing absolute disrespect to the rest of the customers, did not send her for the right number, but placed the order...
Why did they remove the previously existing rule that people with online orders take priority??? Their registration takes a couple of minutes. People without online orders can stand for 10 minutes and think about what to give them, ask what other tests there are, and everything like that.
But the last straw was the latest situation with the child. We served an hour just before the order was registered. A hungry child sat in line for an hour.... Then they waited for a long time at the door of the blood collection, they took it to the child. Full understanding and empathy... But this is a private laboratory, not a clinic, they should be able to negotiate with children and take them carefully. When we entered, the nurse left to help another nurse take another child, we sat in the office for 10 minutes and waited. The child was already getting nervous. When she returned, the first phrase was that let's hurry up, I already had a queue... As a result, because a child is not an adult and we need to negotiate with him, calm him down, and not expect him to hold out his hand this second and sit quietly and silently, we were kicked out the door... They just opened the door and said, everyone get out... After an hour of waiting, just before check-in by a hungry child.... We went straight to the invitro, there were people there too, but they took everything calmly and perfectly, just calmed us down and explained what they would do. And they stabbed the veins twice, this is a feature of the child, after they have collected some blood, it may just stop going and you have to prick another vein. But the staff did it so professionally and calmly that the child didn't even shed a tear...
It used to be the same in sinevo, they gave it to a child from 3 months old. Now the service is getting worse... they can be rude, they don't know how to take children, there are more queues than in the clinic, some nurses take terribly... With such introductory materials, you can take them for free at the clinic.

At the reception, the woman processed documents by asking questions in a rough form (she asked several times the data indicated in the passport (which she had) - specifically the address, personally wanted to hear, made comments on preparing for the analysis (which no one even said about the call clarifying the service - "come during the day at any time" and it was also said, " why didn't you put on your glasses if you can't see well ? How will you sign the documents? ", about the request to help with the order number - there was an immediate refusal . The patient came to you to receive a service, and not to listen to unpleasant comments addressed to him!!!
When searching for an office, the center employee answered the question "where is this office?"
The desire to come there is no more and will not appear .
