From the airport to the hotel - taxi Yango 20 min. There are cafes and restaurants nearby in the village.The beach does not belong to the hotel and therefore is not cleaned.Unfortunately, there is a lot of garbage.

We stayed at this hotel from the middle to the end of June. I liked the hotel, especially the staff, friendly and pleasant to communicate with. I would especially like to highlight the guy at the reception Shirbala, friendly, smiling, who will always help, intelligent and talkative head waiter Nasir, who oversees the restaurant and the pool, and the manager Ali, who agreed on a free late check-out and allowed us a lot more) the hotel itself is clean, fresh, the territory is not large but well maintained, the room stock is in good condition. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, a separate rented area for some kind of bar where various parties are held. The breakfasts are monotonous but satisfying. The cuisine in the restaurant is delicious, the prices are like everywhere else in Baku. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach. There are 3 beaches on the left, a municipal sandy beach and a good entrance, a paid one in the center, on the right a beach with a cafe Kara-kuz entrance to the sea between the stones. Tables are paid everywhere. I advise you not to go to the kara-kuz cafe, it's not tasty, they don't understand Russian yet, and you have to pay for a table separately, which they don't immediately warn you about. There is a mini market with a good assortment outside the hotel, you need to turn left and go to the intersection, next to a little further there is a delicious cafe at Ali agha. Ask the locals and they will tell you where it is. You will not regret going, I have never eaten such a delicious barbecue, he will meet and spend it as relatives. The prices are adequate. If you go uphill to the main highway, you can find a market where there is everything, there is also a bank, fitness, pharmacy And so on.
Of the minuses, I can note the lack of animation in the evening, the garbage outside the hotel that lies along the road to the beach that no one can clean, and the lack of attractions around, that is, in fact, the hotel is located in the village.
In general, the hotel is suitable for a relaxing family holiday. If you need parties, then choose a hotel in the center of Baku.

Very nice hotel near the sea. Baku is 25-30 minutes away by taxi, the cost of a taxi is 13-15 manats. The hotel is suitable for a calm, measured rest with a book by the pool.
Of the advantages:
Friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant, spacious rooms, large swimming pool.
Among the disadvantages:
Poor sound insulation of the rooms.

Everything is fine, but the pool is open until 20.00. It's not enough. The breakfasts are great, but there is not enough coffee machine. The location is in a quiet location. Daily cleaning service. The rooms are good. The pool itself is a solid 5 for cleanliness and depth. The overall impression is positive.

Nice hotel with great staff. That's really what they are waiting for you here, they accept you as the most expensive guests and do everything to make your vacation a success. A large swimming pool. 7-10 minutes to the free beach. 3-5 minutes to the paid one. The restaurant at the hotel is above all praise! Incredibly delicious!

A small hotel with a small but well-maintained territory. There is a swimming pool. There is no private beach. The staff is excellent, always trying to help, many speak Russian. The rooms are large, but in need of repair (somewhere the doors are loose, in the bathroom the legs of the furniture are swollen, the shower heads do not work well). The door cards and the lock do not work periodically. The light works from the remote control, you need to get used to it. There are power outages, and when the voltage is applied, the light turns on automatically (you wake up to turn it off). The hotel is located on the outskirts, near only paid and municipal beaches. The area around is not well maintained (except for the hotel and the paid beach).

Very ambiguous feelings about the hotel. We were out of season
What was good: good staff, responsive, speak Russian, the territory inside the hotel is clean, well-groomed, the restaurant is in a detached building, a large, good full breakfast, because of the off-season they brought it personally, there was no Swede, everything was delicious, the room was clean, comfortable. The room had water, a kettle, tea and instant coffee.
What's bad: in the shower, the watering can was pouring in all directions, incomprehensible clothes hangers, uncomfortable pillows, some half-empty, the light in the room was strangely turned off by the remote control.
The sign at the entrance to the hotel says "fitness and spa", they didn't say that there))
The location is very bad, in fact, there are unkempt wastelands around, a huge number of stray dogs roam, it is inconvenient to go to the shore of the Caspian Sea, either through a hole in the fence or through a paid beach, you can only eat nearby in the cafe Kara Kuz at another beach, there is nothing to do, there is nowhere to walk, or through some roads and steps uphill in this village, walk to the main road, which is not close. Therefore, I am somehow surprised by the laudatory reviews. In fact, we thought we would rest on the shore, but in fact we sat in the room and left for Baku.

I stayed at the hotel in July 2023. The hotel corresponds to the declared category. Cozy small territory and a small number of rooms. The rooms are standard, unfortunately without balconies, cleaned daily, replenished tea group, drinking water, there is a cooler on the floor. On the first day, the hair dryer did not work, it was replaced. There is an iron and ironing board on the floor. On the large shared balcony on the floor, it was possible to dry things. Very responsive and attentive staff, almost all speak Russian. The pool area is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone. If the wind rises, which is not uncommon, umbrellas are not opened. Beach towels were taken at the reception every day. Special thanks to Shirbala, who helped in all our requests, very attentive to our wishes. The management of the hotel went to meet all additional requests, was allowed to delay the delivery of the room, tk flew away late in the evening and much more. Breakfasts were repeated every day, but you could choose, there was always porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, omelet, sliced, pancakes, watermelon, if something ran out, they replenished quite quickly. Perhaps it was only surprising that the cabinets have hangers made of thin wire, like dry cleaning. To the center of Baku 40 minutes by taxi, trips are not expensive if you use an Uber or a Bolt. Alas, the way to the sea is cut off by a private beach, which we enjoyed using with pleasure. You can walk 300 meters to the municipal beach, there is free access to the sea, but you will have to pay more for a sunbed and an umbrella. I advise a private one, cleaner, fewer people, but it is necessary to reserve the day before if the weekend is ahead. The hotel stands so that there is practically nowhere to walk outside of it. You also need to know that in the summer season, the hotel provides rental of sun beds by the pool without staying at the hotel and local residents come with families, nevertheless there are enough places for everyone, on weekdays and the first half of the day, the pool is deserted. On the weekend, an animator came to the pool. He entertained children, mostly in Russian.

The hotel is small. Located right on the shore. There is no private beach. The room offers a great view of the sea. The room is clean, comfortable beds but no pillows. I pay special attention that in September the pool does not work at all. All green. Umbrellas and sun beds have also been removed. The TV was not working in the room. It was just necessary to set up channels, but no one wanted to do it. The management of the hotel does not give a damn about trying to fix anything. The breakfasts are monotonous and tasteless.

The maximum number of stars for the staff, very friendly and positive to tourists. We had a late check-out for free! This has never happened in my practice))). According to the hotel itself, the conclusion can be drawn from the photos, they correspond to reality. Towels for the pool are given out, clean blue, fresh). The pool is deep, clean, the breakfast is good, hearty. The sea is within walking distance, I will not compare it with other seas - they are all individual.

the reviews, guided by which we came to this hotel from booking, are clearly overstated.
the room stock is old, there is a smell of cigarettes in the lobby and in the rooms, although smoking is prohibited. in san. nodes have mold, old plumbing, broken tiles in places. towels and bathrobes are washed to holes. there is no minibar. the air conditioner barely works.
the pool on weekends is packed with locals who do not live in the hotel, but they are occupied by sunbeds.
breakfast consists of three hot dishes, two of them eggs, the third - fried bread.
the hotel does not have its own beach, I had to queue for a paid beach.
although the city of Baku is indicated in the address of the hotel, but this is a completely God-forsaken area somewhere behind the airport, it takes at least 35 minutes by taxi to the city, and taking into account traffic jams and all 40 (for our money more than 1000 rubles one way).
the cost of a room at the same time per day is comparable to the cost in the old town - more than 10 thousand rubles.
we took a room for 5 days, as a result, two people lived, they would have left earlier, but there were weekends, and hotels in the city were on the stop.

Nice family hotel. All employees speak Russian. You can exchange money directly at the hotel at the reception (they take dollars and euros), they do not change rubles, so you need to go with foreign currency already. Great food in the restaurant. Nice pool. But there is no beach of its own, but there are beaches nearby for 8 manats per person and for 5 manats both are good))))

We had high hopes for the hotel, but everything was ruined from the very moment of check-in. We booked a deluxe through the island, arrived and began to find out what category of rooms we have. Then they were taken to a room that did not correspond to the one stated in the reservation. They began to assure that it was him. They immediately started carrying extra beds, we were with the children. We concluded that we were not particularly expected here. Therefore, I recommend that you check in advance when booking. And so there are breakfasts, monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The pool is not bad.
