A very interesting place on the territory of some enterprise, the entrance through a barrier, we had to show our passport just to eat. Everything is decorated very beautifully, cozy and sooo expensive compared to other places. As we understand it, everything is much cheaper or even free for employees. The portions are small and most importantly, look at the plate that lies there, we had a super spicy salad with fresh vegetables along with ordinary pepper. Children ate, one had laryngeal edema almost reached the ambulance. Either they put it on purpose or the cook got it mixed up.

The pressure of hot water during peak hours is weak, the TV did not work, the table legs were kept on their word of honor. Terribly uncomfortable mattress and a narrow bed for two. It is better to take a room with separate beds. Dear administration, change the mattresses urgently to normal ones with springs. It is impossible to sleep. The lobby is clean, they ask you to put on shoe covers at the entrance. Cafe with a good assortment and very tasty. Breakfast is strictly from 7 am. Everything is fresh and well cooked.

After the renovation, they made a shower in the room, which is very convenient, especially in summer. The only thing that spoils the impression a little is the thin walls. Although this is the problem of many hotels... If desired, the accounting department makes receipts and receipts for reporting. In general, a normal hotel.

Shock in shock....It feels like someone has already slept in this bed, for two they gave one towel for the face, the second for the shower....they asked to bring it, but they didn't bring anything, the walls are thin, the room is tiny, the plumbing is on its last legs, in general it's difficult to call a hotel, and it doesn't pull at a hostel.... We took the most expensive room for 12,000 tenge, plus parking 200 tenge, did not swear, the night was outside and I just wanted to wash up and sleep for a couple of hours. Of course, I've been to a lot of places, but I've never seen this, I categorically do not recommend it, we used to stop by the city and spend the night there, this time I was led by positive reviews, but alas, they did not meet the expectation absolutely. The only huge thanks to the staff of the dining room, the food here is very tasty, varied, for anyone who is fastidious!The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable, the portions are huge, I will stop here, not a foot in the so-called hotel, I hope the hotel administration will pay attention and put things in order!
