Convenient working hours: almost from dusk to dawn (in this direction they go towards the client), friendly owners. But, as I believe, due to the lack of competitors in this area, the monopolistic price tag: definitely 1.5 times higher than the market on average, the same concrete mixer is twice as expensive as in Minsk. Plus, one more drawback: you can't rent a tool by the hour (at least a day).
