I am currently standing for 2 hours of Botakar and there is not a single soul!!! I wanted to fill up my car, but it doesn't work on gasoline.How many customers left with nothing!!! It's just an outrage, I'm your regular customer.I didn't fill up in maikuduk, I thought in Botakar.Take action!!!!!
Today, April 04, 2020, at about 12 o'clock we ordered gas (we are regular customers), we left the home number. By 14 o'clock we decided to call and find out when the delivery will be. In response, the operator said that we had already arrived, and the car was honking and the phone was ringing, there were short beeps! We will not deliver it to you, if you still want to order, you will pay for a false call! And in such a manner she answered!!!It was unpleasant to hear such a boorish attitude towards regular customers!The girl is just rude! I explained to her that everyone is at home in quarantine, the phone is nearby, the window is open and we would have heard everything anyway! I asked for the number of the boss, she replied that all claims tell her that they do not give the number! And all in this very rude manner and then hung up the phone! We will NEVER order gas from you again!And we will advise others of this!
