The banquet hall can accommodate a maximum of 220 people, not 250 as it was presented.When we looked at the hall, it was empty and we were told that the tables would be delivered and everything would be fine. Even the children's table and the toastmaster's table had to be separate. Even a separate menu order was made for the toastmaster and the team and for the children. Something incomprehensible happened , after some showdowns , and the toastmaster and his doll sat down at the children's table. Tables with guests right at the entrance. I was very ashamed in front of the guests. The center of Almaty. Everyone did not expect that the dishes were terrible , partially plastic , the forks and spoons were terrible, there were no decent vases for fruits, fruit bowls as homemade and because of this, empty tables seemed, tables too huge it is necessary to warn or put a huge fruit bowl in the center of the table. It was dirty in the hall, they were forced to wash the floors, the table of the bride and groom was dirty. There were no individual napkins, which is generally unheard of for a restaurant. The buffet was thank you, of course, but dirty tablecloths were not in the center, the waiters could not help themselves, they did not immediately remove them from the tables. Dirty glasses, by the way, with lipstick even on the tables. The waiters did not fully discuss the buffet, although there was an agreement that at the beginning of the wedding there would be matchmakers at the buffet (kudalar)they were waiting for the betashar. It was very embarrassing. If you provide a photo, then you know, everything looks beautiful in the photo from afar. The discussion is extremely unprofessional, we all understand the problem with personnel , but no one directed them or prompted them. It seems to me that the administrator was ashamed and simply did not show up until they called. Then you know when the wedding is going on, the hosts are not up to it, they meet the guests, and then there is no time to swear to figure it out and honestly did not want to spoil their mood. The waiter looks sloppy. Before that, we visited the cafe downstairs of the restaurant. Everything seems to be decent. Well, we did not expect it to happen in such a beautiful place in the center. The only thing is delicious cuisine, i.e. delicious dishes, besharmak, cheese, salads, thanks to the chefs. So the wish of the administration is to offer a maximum of 220 people and then probably with a children's table . Clean up. Consider serving the buffet. Inlivilual napkins. Smaller fruit bowls with decorations to somehow reduce the area of the table .to work with waiters, well, at least to lead them if they are hired from the street. There was no decorated room for the bride and groom , of course , thanks for the discount on the cost of the administration , but it turns out as if they knew their disadvantages in advance . And such a pleasant receptionist and very pleasant negotiations were conducted. But....!

It's just TERRIBLE!
On 10/25/2024 we held an event here - our daughter's first birthday. Initially, it was agreed with the administrator that we would have the entire hall on the ground floor at our disposal. The day before the event, the administrator notified us that the hall would be ours only from 16.00 to 20.00 and then they would seat ordinary visitors, when asked why there were other arrangements, the administrator replied that she did not tell us that the hall would be completely ours. OK. We agreed because there was a day left before the event and there was nowhere else to go.
On the day of the event, the tables began to be set only by the time the guests arrived, while ordinary visitors were in the hall, when asked why, the administrator said that they had come a long time ago and they
could not just kick them out. Then they turned off the lights for 40 minutes, saying that this was not their problem, but in the city, but at the same time their light was on on the second floor. After starting the generator, the light blinked, turned off and lit up again for another 30 minutes. Toastmaster and his team could not work on their antediluvian equipment, although initially the administrator assured that they had excellent equipment. I had to pay the toastmaster extra to bring his equipment. At 18.00, ordinary visitors began to enter the hall and sit down. When I asked the administrator why she did not adhere to the agreements, she could not answer anything intelligible and simply spat on all the early agreements and continued to plant ordinary visitors.
The waiters were like
sluggish flies, lazy and sluggish, the guests were not watched or cared for. One even managed to spill wine on the dresses of two guests. The kitchen is disgusting - beshbarmak was ordered, the dough was stuck together, the meat was dry.
Of all the places I've been to, this place is the lowest. I do not advise anyone to do toi here. Well, if you decide, take a written receipt from the administration so that you do not change the conditions on the go.

We visited your restaurant 3 days ago. All our friends liked it very much, even considering that there were friends of different ages: the elderly and the young. The dishes are very tasty and the portions are large. The service is at a high level (waitress Diana). The repertoire of live music is very well chosen, the atmosphere itself is pleasant (river, flowers, etc.)

We came from Uralsk to visit Almaty. That a friend suggested a very good place. It's really a real soulful place. In nature , the air is clean and the food is delicious.
