It is impossible to stay in the room in the evening because of the loud music that comes from here from the karaoke bar below. It's strange that I had to request hygiene products and bottled water in the room.
I didn't like the karaoke downstairs, which is screaming, it's impossible to relax. The kitchen is good. In the room, you have to additionally request hygiene and bottled water.
We spent the night after a hellish road with ice and snowfall, so the very fact of spending the night under the roof added euphoria. The room was quite large enough for two, but also without suitcases. It was very warm, they heated it pretty well, the requested second towel was not useful, although they brought it after several reminders. The disadvantage can be considered the work of restaurant workers, or rather the shift that we got in the evening. After 40 minutes of waiting after the order, the waiter remembered that he had forgotten to transfer the order to the kitchen. Got up and left...
Breakfast is more than offended, and partially compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment of the evening.
Excellent modern hotel. There is a private restaurant. they cook very tasty. In the morning, a chic buffet. Every morning rice porridge, pastries, fruits, nuts. We live a week. We don't want to leave.
Everything was fine, but it could have been better...
In 2022, we came to Turkestan and lived in
Hilton, the Hilton has 3 stars, and Khan Palace has 4 stars, which certainly does not correspond to four..
I liked the staff, for their friendly attitude, always respectful, with a smile
I didn't like the fact that every day (and we stayed at the hotel for 5 days) we need to ask for soap accessories and tea, coffee... they were brought to dinner and then if I remind you. During the 5 days of stay at the hotel, the room was cleaned once and then at a reminder.
The trash can in the room in the toilet is small and the garbage was taken out only once, had to be collected in bags.
Breakfast is a little meager, you need to come by 8 a.m. so that everything is ready, but if you come by 9-10, there will be practically nothing there except boiled eggs.. there is no variety, again comparing with the Hilton, then the breakfasts are cooler there.. on the 5th day there was no coffee (in packs of 3 in 1) and I don't say anything about good coffee from the coffee machine, there is no word for it at all.... And what really upset me is that there is NO ELEVATOR!!! They settled on the 3rd floor, but as for the 4th floor, in fact, many times a day they had to climb on foot
Quiet, cozy, there are breakfasts, there is a restaurant on the ground floor, the food there is excellent. There is breakfast, but it is modest, we could not make coffee, we wanted freshly brewed. The interior design is modern. Not perfect white linen, as I would like, but clean.
The staff was very polite, the rooms were clean, cozy, everything that was needed in the room was there. Taking into account the very late check-in and check-out, the administration went to a meeting. Breakfast is included in the price. But I would certainly diversify it a little. In general, I liked everything.
The hotel is not bad. At first glance, everything is fine in the room, but dust is found behind the curtains, the bathroom door closes very tightly, the shower door creaks with a heart-rending howl; the refrigerator is dirty. Breakfast is not delicious from the word at all. You can stop, but you will get pleasure from your stay. On the other hand, this is a good reason to walk around the city more. 😁
I paid 70 thousand for two nights, 35 per night. I spent one night, then found another hotel in a Caravanserai for 20 thousand, Khan palace (I don't want to write with a capital letter) did not return the amount for non-existent accommodation upon departure. The administration and the accounting department turned on the back. I don't recommend it.
