An employee named Alexey was clearing snow and throwing snow on the sidewalk. I made a comment that there are people walking around here, and you need to be careful. By the way, I was with a 4-year-old child. To which he began to yell and swear and show the middle finger. For my part, I reported the incident to the management on the same day, hoping that they would take action and he would apologize. But unfortunately, there was no apology and no feedback. I wrote to them myself, demanding to understand. This leads to the conclusion that management does not care about the level of communication and rudeness is welcome in this company.
