The driver was taking us to shahi zinda instead of Khan Hotel. He did not know where Khan Hotel was even though the address was entered clearly for Khan Hotel. And he didn’t speak English. I had to find the address for him on Google map for him to take us to the hotel. Bad experience for the 2nd time today with Yandex drivers.

Great hotel. New, the rooms are good. The location is wonderful, opposite the Shahi Zinda memorial complex, the Bibi Khanum Mosque and the Registon Square. There is also a market nearby, but for me it is better to buy things in shops on Tashkent Street. There, despite the fact that it is a walking, pedestrian street, but the prices are lower there. The hotel has friendly staff. I liked the breakfasts. I've never gone hungry. If something ran out, they immediately brought out a new one. It was possible to ask separately to cook the glaze, it is made on request. This hotel is often used for tourist groups. Therefore, you can see a lot of tourists from Europe. There is a small pool inside the courtyard, which is heated by the sun. Of the bathroom accessories, only shampoo and shower gel in a dispenser and liquid soap. Nearby (from the hotel to the right) there is a supermarket where you can buy the most necessary things.

July 2024. We stayed for 9 days. I really liked it. The pool was very helpful in the heat. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The staff is professional, any requests in any language. I would especially like to mention the administrators Jafar, Alexandra, Ruslan-the guys are super! I definitely recommend it

Good location in the center. Everything is nearby in a two-minute walk. All the sights of Bukhara In the evening there are many cafes around, shopping malls with shops open until night. Attentive and friendly staff. They were settled ahead of time. A quiet hotel with nice rooms. I recommend. Very clean and cozy

Nice hotel. We liked it. Clean, cozy, neat. The staff is very helpful and polite. We swam in the pool on the territory of the hotel. The pool is clean, there is no smell of chlorine. During breakfast, the hotel manager came out to the guests in the dining room and asked if we liked everything, if there were any problems, wishes.. It was very pleasant! They were even surprised. I recommend.

Excellent location, within walking distance of all key attractions. It is convenient to go out for a walk in the evening. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, air conditioning, kettle, tea,coffee. There is a swimming pool with sun beds in the courtyard. The staff is friendly. The rooms are well renovated, have a wonderful bathroom. The rooms overlook both the street and the pool. There are windows into the fence of the neighboring house. But since the hotel is only for overnight stays, there is no difference. In the lobby there is coffee, drinks, including alcohol, comfortable sofas and a huge table for board games or just company communication. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Deserved 4 stars, no more and no less. I really liked the presence of a swimming pool, in a country where there is no sea, but it's super hot. It is located next to the main attractions (to the Registon 15 minutes on foot leisurely) the others are even closer. I definitely recommend it.

I liked the hotel. The pool is cleaned 2 times a day, the rooms are clean, spacious with a refrigerator and air conditioning. The service is excellent, they always go to meet the guests. There is a bar, music and sun beds in the courtyard. I recommend escaping from the heat under a chaise longue with a cocktail!

A wonderful hotel for several reasons:
1. The location makes it possible to visit a large number of attractions on foot.
Within walking distance of Shahi Zinda (across the street from the hotel), Siab Bazaar, Bibi Khanum Mosque, Nurridin Mausoleum, Islam Korimov Street, Ulugbek Observatory, Registan, Pilaf Center, Marokand SPA.
2. From the hotel to Samarkand Airport is only 10 minutes by Taxi
3. The hotel is extremely comfortable, with a good fresh renovation. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts are delicious. You can always ask to cook porridge. It is better to come to breakfast at 7.00, otherwise you can stay without food.
Special THANKS to the hotel staff for their attentiveness, kindness, and promptness.
When leaving the hotel, I forgot a package with gifts for my relatives and people close to me.
A hotel employee contacted me by phone when I was already at the Airport and sent a driver.

At first glance, everything is wonderful - the newest hotel (judging by the dates of the reviews, it was two months old at the time of our visit), already smells of renovation, clean and beautiful, modern. But when you start to look closely, you find more and more flaws.
1. The hotel, apparently, actively hosts groups of tourists, but it is ABSOLUTELY not adapted for this. The breakfast room is not designed for such crowds at all. There's not enough room for everyone, why should I go to the pool bar with a plate?! Why should I look for appliances?! Yes, they are on the table individually, and you do not take them yourself.
2. The breakfasts are extremely meager (one small table, about like in a guest house with a price twice as low) and there are no signs. Europeans take sour cream apart with plates, so they brought a bowl (small) one person can empty it completely, because, as we understood, they think that it is yogurt and nothing that yogurt is next to it🤦♀️
3. By the way, a couple of ants were found on the table in the breakfast room.
4. The quality of the repair is questionable. There is one solid mosaic tile in the bathroom, it is badly worn in places, there are already chips. Somewhere there are problems with tightness at the junction of glass and floor or wall, water flowed to the toilet in our room, we had to put a towel. It was scary to lean against the shelf with the sink - it creaks. The toilet paper holder is also hanging out a bit.
5. The shower is only on top, there is no watering can. Not everyone likes him! It seems to me that there is even a minority, because it is often inconvenient.
6. There is only one towel hook in the bathroom!!!
7. The "Bald" yard, as previously said, is empty.
8. If you are traveling for work or you need to work - this hotel is definitely not for you!!! The hotel is not able to quickly solve the problems of lack of Internet! He was gone for a DAY during our visit!!! I have never seen such trash in even the most creepy two-piece!!! In the evening of the second day, it fell off, as we understood, they do not have regular TV, everything is completely tied to the Internet, well, that is, neither the Internet nor TV, there was nothing at all, the connection with the world was completely lost! And it was the last cherry on this cake, which made us very angry.
9. We wanted to come up in the morning (after at least 12 hours of lack of Internet) to ask what's with the WiFi ... for at least 40 minutes there was not a soul at the reception!
10. We had an eviction before breakfast, we were given lunch boxes ... Everything is icy, including two whole sausages that have not undergone heat treatment!!! They didn't give me any instruments either. They either don't know what they usually put in these boxes, or they just collected yesterday's "leftovers".
Such a low score for an accent is one and two - for the price/quality ratio. This is the level of an inexpensive guesthouse maximum, but not a hotel with a cost of about $ 100 per night. In Tashkent, in the capital (!), the hotel was a little cheaper, but the contrast in quality and service is simply unreal. Why, the hotel in Bukhara was almost twice as cheap, and at the same time simply magnificent.
