The food is amazing, staff is very helpful, pleasant music and atmosphere. Love their “beshbarmak” meat is so soft with dry tomatoes on it, and soup on side is nice.

The place is nice. However, the prices seemed to be expensive. We had Turkish guests, and when we asked for a selective music from DJ they did not listen, and even did not apologize. It was a bit weird because normally in Tashkent clients can request a particular music. Plus, we ordered a certain dish, and the waiter brought a different one and didn't tell us about the substitute until one of our colleagues noticed that. Once the question was asked 'where is our dish...', only then the waiter apologized and explained that the initial food is not available anymore. How can I rate more?

Great food, bar is acceptable, interior design is fantastic and I went in winter I believe it would be so great in summer since it is river side.
Nice staff.
The prices are acceptable but comparing to tashkent it shall be cosidered as high.

Khan Chapan restaurant was chosen for a fun meeting with cute girls. We were here once, surprised by the rather high prices and came across two broken chairs. And so, a couple of years later, we're back here and what? And nothing has changed) I will describe it this way: the kitchen- salads and snacks-for a solid three, kebabs are good.
The waiter was smart, he was almost always there.
Alcohol is expensive.
The furniture is tired.
A separate star for organizing a pleasant and fun time. The DJ and the presenter worked very well. The performers of the national musical composition just made our evening, great!
The show of dancing waiters was also perky and attractive. Well done, guys!
Separately, I would like to draw the attention of the administration to a place for the personal needs of guests, that is, a toilet. Far away, high up. For example, in our company there was a woman with problem legs, she is poor, she was tired of going up there in the evening, there is no handrail.

I recently had a chance to visit Khan Chapan, and it was one of the most exciting evenings! The atmosphere of the place is simply mesmerizing — stylish interior, pleasant music and a feeling as if you are entering another world. But not only the furniture itself left a special impression, but also the service at the highest level.
From the doorway, we were greeted by Shakhrina, a hostess who not only does her job, but turns the evening into a real event. She greeted us elegantly, communicating in perfect English, which is especially important because we were with foreign guests. Her charm, ease of communication and impeccable manners immediately endeared us to this place. Thanks to her, we felt not just visitors, but welcome guests.
The service in Khan Chapan is excellent. The waiters are attentive, the dishes are served quickly, and the kitchen... This is a separate story! Subtle oriental notes in each dish, perfectly balanced tastes and aesthetics of serving make dinner not just a meal, but a real gastronomic journey.
It was especially pleasant to see with what ease Shakhrina creates a warm, almost aristocratic atmosphere around herself. She doesn't just greet guests, but does it with charm and sophistication, which are rarely found even in the best establishments. With her, the evening becomes light, relaxed and filled with bright moments.
Without a doubt, Khan Chapan is a place where you want to return. And not least thanks to Shakhrina, who sets the tone for the whole evening! If you want to feel a real oriental flavor combined with the highest level of service, you are welcome here.

It's delicious, but the portions are small. There have been several times and each time the service is different. The last time there was a very nimble waiter who advised what was best to choose. The other three times the waiters spoke Russian poorly and each time they forgot to bring something, we undermined them, asked again, but they could carry the order for 30-40 minutes, this is not a full landing. The location is good, but very often the music just screams, every time we ask you to turn it off or turn it down.

This is the best location to relax in the sweltering heat! The service is on the level! Incredibly delicious food! I highly recommend this place for a delicious dinner! We had a wedding in this beautiful place. The interior, the music, the responsive staff - all these attributes served to ensure that an important event in our lives went perfectly. Very tasty food and drinks. Our guests were very pleased, which was reflected in the overall atmosphere of the holiday. The music receives additional praise: DJ - aerobatics: all tracks were relevant and dynamic, there were classics in the form of Meladze. Neo-national music from 7-8 pm was great.

One of the most expensive restaurants in the city with a dance floor, it positions itself as a place with a high level of service.
I wanted to book a table for my mom's birthday. When discussing the menu, booking conditions and the evening program, the manager did not even offer a welcome drink (water, tea, coffee).
The manager announced the standard weekly program according to the official regulations of the restaurant:
19:00 ethnic music on national instruments,
20:00 live music,
21:30 birthday greetings,
21:40 performance of the waiters and a 15% discount on the final bill as a birthday gift,
the rest of the time the program is from the DJ.
Moreover, the official standard weekly program may be disrupted in the absence of a large number of guests. *In this case, canceling the waiters' dance as a gift*.
I was planning to book a table not on my mom's birthday, but 1 day later.
I kindly asked the manager to go to my meeting and save the 15% discount for 1 day later. To which he received a categorical refusal, as it violated the "official regulations of the restaurant" (according to the employee). At the same time, the regulations are not written anywhere, but verbal.
Thus, the restaurant management has the right to break the rules and change the official program of the evening depending on the number of guests, but it cannot make concessions and make an exception, give the client a pleasant festive atmosphere (which is regularly emphasized on the telegram channel, the official website, etc.) and/or offer the best solution that I I've been proactively making several requests.
As a result, I received only a categorical refusal. Of course, I cancelled the reservation.
The restaurant, the furnishings and the service look beautiful and refined at first glance, but in fact the service really lags behind and absolutely does not match the beautiful cover and prices.
I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.

We went in for lunch. We ordered a beshbarmak men's portion. There's more than enough for two. I liked the atmosphere inside. Very beautiful. The service is also as friendly as possible. The broth for beshbarmak was brought separately. It tasted like dumpling broth. The waiter advised us to add black pepper and kefir to it, which we did. After that, the broth became even more "dumplings". The feeling from the restaurant is still more positive, but there is beshbarmak in Tashkent and tastier))

It's cool here, live music keeps a pleasant atmosphere, sit with friends and you can hear each other in this background, the dishes are delicious but noticeably expensive, I put a solid 4 for the food since I had to chew the meat, the waiters, the service is 4+ because the young and always in a hurry, I think customers need to listen and offer options and not rush. The main thing is a cozy atmosphere, I usually sit on the second floor as a conversation with an interlocutor is more important than the dinner itself (audibility is good). Alcohol is interesting to anyone, there is nothing exceptional, but everything that is everyday is, I will keep silent about the price for yourself…
