Positive. The location is excellent, exactly the center to all the attractions. The nearest exit is to a pedestrian street, near a supermarket.
Good water pressure (it was different in another place, so there is something to compare it with).
A hearty breakfast, flatbread, eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, local stuff.
Minuses. We booked at the booking office, it is not indicated anywhere that there is no card payment. Translation is also not allowed. Although the amount is symbolic ($34), it was difficult to scrape together cash at the end of the trip.
Furniture, carpets, mattresses - everything is tired. Pretty much. There are crumbs and stains on the floor. At first, we even wanted to escape and move to the next street, where we had already spent the night for the same money, but with much, MUCH more comfort and pleasant staff. But, it was too late and that sweet hostess did not answer us about the availability of the room.
The staff... these are the most joyless and sullen people on our entire trip. They ruined the impression.
The yard is terrible. We've been to other guest houses, usually the common areas are covered in carpets and flowers, there are tables and sofas, plates, everything is cozy and beautiful - there's a tumble dryer and that's it.
On Vibe, it looks more like a hangout, but there are no cockroaches, the drain is working, the center. It's good that it's just one night))

It's a wonderful hotel. The price fully corresponds to the quality. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Bibi Khanum is literally two minutes away, and Registan is a five-minute unsuccessful walk. The hotel is located on a quiet street, which does not interfere with relaxation. A very hospitable host - he and his family were always in touch, went to a meeting and allowed a late eviction. The breakfasts are simply wonderful! Big, tasty and satisfying. The room is average: the plumbing and furniture are a little tired, but this is completely covered by the price and location. We will be happy to stop here again!

This is a wonderful place. It is located 5 minutes from 3 historical sites. The street on which this hotel is located is very old and original. There are grocery and clothing stores in the vicinity. The hosts are very hospitable and polite. They will always help you solve any question you are interested in. They will help you find a guide , tell you where and what to see . A cafe with delicious food and good prices for tourists is located 50 meters from the hotel. I definitely recommend it. Everything is clean and tidy.

A great hotel. Polite staff. The rooms are clean. The most important thing is the convenient location. Registan is a 10-minute walk away. 20 minutes by car from the train station. There are many shops, cafes, and a restaurant nearby. Quiet street.

A great guest house! Hospitable hosts, breakfasts on a cot in the courtyard, the room downstairs is quite large, most of the attractions are within walking distance (Bibi Khanum is a 3-minute walk).The house itself is on Islam Karimov Street, there are no cars and city noise, which additionally creates the feeling of being in the past. The owners will be happy to tell you where. I recommend it!!

Very sincere people keep this place. We stayed at 1 a.m. in May. Convenient location - city center, near Registan. Clean linen, towels, everything for a normal overnight stay. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Great hotel, highly recommended! The rooms are small but cozy. Immaculately clean, bed linen, towels, everything is fresh. The hosts are very pleasant and hospitable. In the evening, you can sit on the patio. It's quiet at night, and every room has air conditioning. The location is ideal, not only all the main attractions are nearby, but also the market where you can buy everything in the world (fresh fruits, nuts, spices, sweets). I recommend it!

The hotel is so-so. according to the photo, it's cool, but in fact it's a small room, a very small sink. there is no faucet in the shower. There are no slippers, I'm not talking about bathrobes. We lived for 4 days and never cleaned. they gave things for washing and returned them with divorces. they asked for an iron and gave an antediluvian iron that is falling apart. The manager is a 10-year-old boy. you ask where you can change money, they don't know. They don't know where the bus station is either. the only advantage is close to the center

We stayed as a family for 1 night, a room on the 1st floor for four people with two single and one double beds. The room has air conditioning, a table with chairs, a bathroom with a shower and a hanger, that was enough for us. Hospitable hosts, delicious and hearty breakfast, everything was fine with us. The location is very good, all the sights are within walking distance.

Responsive hosts. Great location. I liked everything. Breakfast is included in the price, it is quite satisfying. Clean, cozy and in the heat, the room is not hot and stuffy even without air conditioning. The only downside is the lack of a closet, but that's nonsense.
