There are different cases. It is a pity that this happened in the previous review. But on the contrary, we have a good impression of the clinic and the medical staff (probably, we came across good specialists). Our cat was saved from pneumonia, with which we took him from previous owners. Without the attention of the doctors, we would have lost him. The clinic is not expensive, the medical staff is attentive and responsive.
