The worst bank in the city. The rooms are not called, the queues are long, the staff speaks only Uzbek. They just didn't answer my question about receiving money for the first child at the reception and sent me to ask the same question at the 3rd ticket office, but they don't talk to you at the ticket office if you don't have a number. A vicious circle of unskilled workers. If it were possible, I would have given you a zero, not a one-star rating.
