Hello! I write in Russian so that everyone can understand. This Hotel is my second Home. This is the most cozy, clean and excellent Hotel in Astana. The girls at the reception are Guleke, Arai, Kamila, Aliya and the employee Alexander. They're just great. The director of this Hotel, Jacquet, is a very good man. And educated. Well done just. I don't have the words. I respect them.

I always liked this place for its interior and service, we used to come in with our family. And with a good impression, I invited guests to the cafe for Iftar, and I was sorry, I was very uncomfortable in front of the guests. I will briefly say that initially the waiter confused us by bringing not the iftar menu, but the general menu, although it was said that there was a separate menu for iftar. Then they delayed serving the dishes , and the mantas were salty and flavored with liver, the waiter had to be searched all the time. I am very disappointed, it turned out to be especially uncomfortable in front of the guests.

Well, the cook was late by an average of 30-40 minutes, 2 eggs almost raw, even the protein stretches like snot, the yolk is completely raw, without bread, 2 slices of tomatoes and 2 coins of sausage (fried), they did not give tea but promised, they waited 30 minutes but the cafe administrator just went somewhere when we despaired of drinking tea entering the breakfast, let's go on business, so the admin slowly left the hotel and went to the store, by the way, they also take eggs in the store (basement next to the front door) there is also a running line above the front door advertising the hostel, the photos on the website do not match, there was no hot water, booking for cancellation of the reservation asks 1,500 rubles, even after the complaint was not canceled, keep in mind, it is very stuffy there are no kinders, under the windows of the train station, at 5-6 in the morning be ready to wake up from the endless signal of taxi drivers! In general, for this price 3 days 5 tr - hard labor, oh yes, the restaurant has a shawarma menu that is located next to the hotel. The tile in the bathroom fell off, it was pressed down between the seams with screws)) know-how)))

Absolutely everything is disgusting, even despite the beautiful paintings that hang there at the entrance.
