Hello! I write in Russian so that everyone can understand. This Hotel is my second Home. This is the most cozy, clean and excellent Hotel in Astana. The girls at the reception are Guleke, Arai, Kamila, Aliya and the employee Alexander. They're just great. The director of this Hotel, Jacquet, is a very good man. And educated. Well done just. I don't have the words. I respect them.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and of course delicious cuisine! If possible, I will definitely visit this place! I recommend you to visit. Respect from the bottom of my heart!
