Terribly slow service. There are no people, dial more. The order was not displayed on the scoreboard, it was delivered, and the order number was not even called. I had to come up to clarify. They issued an order without potatoes, returned to pick up the remains of their order. In two 0.5-volume stakes, half a glass of ice, although we ordered a little. If you had ordered a little more, would there have been only ice in the glasses without Cola? The potatoes are cold and soft. I do not recommend going specifically to this KFS, the impression of the company has deteriorated very much after going here.

It's an awfully long order time. We are located in Gomel on Sovetskaya Street. The customer should not be disappointed with such a long cooking time. Bring more employees on shift!!!! I've been waiting for the order for 30 minutes! And this is a fast food chain in Gomel.

It takes a very long time to issue an order (more than 20 minutes) and it doesn't matter if there are people or not, it's just a very long time. The toilet is completely unsanitary. Two days ago we went - I felt bad for two days, although I would never have thought of the KFS (only one star is a plus for the network, just because in all the others, wherever I am, everything is fine with the toilet, with speed and with service, and if the order is delayed, then either they themselves warned, or they treated me to something), however, the fact is that I have been feeling sick and diarrhea for two days, I can't eat or sleep (most likely, something viral). I don't recommend it to anyone at all, and I won't go myself anymore, it's better to go to a cafe nearby or to another place nearby. As they say, "the place is cursed", well, or there needs a special approach and / or staff.
