The answer is fine "what is your number?...preparing" then there was more than 40 minutes of waiting, which is not very comfortable with a small child, but that's okay, (because there is a catastrophic shortage of staff, 2 people worked at most, and then in turn, and this at full load on Friday evening), the numbers were first displayed on the electronic scoreboard, then disappeared altogether, at the request I didn't have time to wait, the girl at the distribution just threw a bag with a face as if they asked for something beyond her capabilities ..... There was no one, so I looked at the order number in the receipt. I saw that it was mine, so I took it away. After a minute I saw that the order was not complete. I went to figure out what they give out:"You have taken the order, so you are left without what you did not have time to do." According to the law on consumer protection, they were obliged to give out what they paid for (and again, I will return that the kiosk did not issue a receipt).

Orders were placed ready on the table, some order numbers were called, some were not. The fries were terrible... It's stale and dark. The bun in the burger tasted of mold. I thought it was my imagination, but my husband voiced my guesses. I came across pieces of rotten tomato.
A complete disappointment.
This is the first such KFC restaurant that we have visited.

Сделали заказ в терминале, чековая лента закончилась и новый нам так и не выдали, отобразился лишь номер заказа на экране. Менеджер отреагировала, спасибо. Далее на табло заказ висел в готовых, потом исчез вовсе, пришлось отдельно обращаться к сотрудникам выдачи, заказ собирали очень долго и не в первую очередь(людям после нас собирали заказ раньше), перепутали колу без сахара, не сразу собрали заказ полностью, в санузле не было мыла. к новым работникам вопросов нет, все неопытные были плюс сбои в системе, но в других заведениях (даже кфс) такой набор недочетов всегда сглаживали бесплатным кофе/десертом. Обеспечьте сотрудников нормальным оборудованием)

Ужасно медленное обслуживание. Нет людей, наберите ещё. На табло заказ не высвечивался, поставили, даже не назвали номер заказа. Пришлось подходить уточнять. Выдали заказ без картошки, возвращались забирать остатки своего заказа. В двух колах 0.5 объема по пол стакана льда, хотя заказывали немного. Если бы заказали чуть больше, в стаканах был один лёд без колы? Картошка холодная, мягкая. Не рекомендую ходить конкретно в этот КФС, впечатление о компании очень испортилось после похода сюда.

Постоянно очень долгая выдача заказа (более 20 минут) и неважно есть люди или нет, просто очень долго. В туалете полная антисанитария. Два дня назад ходили - два дня мне плохо, хотя никогда бы не подумал на КФС (за сеть только одна звезда идёт плюсом, только потому что во всех остальных, где бы я ни был всё хорошо и с туалетом и со скоростью и с обслуживанием и если задерживается заказ, то либо сами предупреждали, либо угощали чем-то), однако, факт есть факт - тошнит и диарея уже два дня, не могу ни поесть, ни поспать (скорее всего, вирусное что-то). Вообще не рекомендую никому и сам не пойду больше, лучше рядом в кафе какое-нибудь схожу или в другое заведение рядом. Как говорится "место проклятое", ну или там нужен особый подход и/или персонал.
