good afternoon. today I ordered from your branch in Gomel on Sovetskaya Street. The problem is that I ordered 1 duet from the chef, 1 onion rings and 1 small fries. But the problem is that your people didn't give me French fries. When I got home, I saw that there were no French fries in my order. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem in this branch, I have already complained about this problem on the Instagram page. so please check the order number 466 that I ordered on 07/19/2024, time 22:26. So, I went to ask them for an invoice again to file a complaint and send a letter to the court consumer affairs and the Economic Court in Minsk. But unfortunately, they didn't give me an invoice for my order. You can check your surveillance cameras in the kitchen and you will see that they missed the item in my order. It's not a question of money for me. It's like cheating a customer on the part of your famous KFC. If you do this for 10 clients a day, you can imagine how much money you took for free.

1. There is no paper in any toilet cubicle.The floor sinks are terribly dirty.
2. The French fries were cold.I ordered the potatoes a second time and they were just as cold.Right at the pick-up point , I tried it and told the girl to change the potatoes for me , because the previous one was cold .But she said that the potatoes just cooled down (in 10 seconds).I insisted that they change it right away , but I had to wait because there were no hot potatoes, they were just cooking .
Please!If there is no hot one, then you should not serve cold potatoes to people !You know what cold fries are.What kind of attitude is such a pig .
3. After that, I barely shoved the garbage into the trash can, because it was clogged to such an extent that garbage fell out from there.
Next to the KFS , we went on business , and after that we wanted ice cream .We didn't go back there, we went to the McDuck.
It was squeamish to be there .I won't come back from now on .
