Отличное заведение в котором можно хорошо и вкусно покушать, много мест в заведении, но с большим потомком народа они бывают заняты, заказы готовят очень быстро, добрый и приветливый персонал, в бургерах мясо очень вкусное, со столов очень быстро и хорошо убирают всегда всё чисто и опрятно

Приходя в kfc ожидаешь что сервис будет примерно одинаковым в любой стране, но только не здесь. С порога вас ждёт фирменая казахстанская нерасторопность. На яндекс картах время работы с 10:30, на сайте kfc.kz с 10:00, а по факту открылись в 11:10. В 10:20 сотрудники уже были внутри, но занимались они чем угодно кроме открытия ресторана. Кто ходил, кто болтал, кто стоял возле фритюра 20 минут подряд смотря в телефон. Дождавшись открытия оказалось что в наличии есть только чизбургер и больше ничего. Получив чек сказали что время ожидания будет 15 минут, через 15 минут ничего не было готово кроме картошки которую пожарили к открытию. На вкус неплохо, разве что масло явно менялось давненько. Касаемо обслуживания сложилось ощущение что на этом месте была какая-нибудь дешёвая кафешка которую перестроили в kfc, а персонал оставили. Вежливостью особо не пахнет. Разве что можно отметить женщину которая убирается в зале и охранника который так же ей помогал, в зале чисто. Если сильно торопитесь и привыкли что в таких местах можно быстро покушать, то это точно не сюда, ждать свой заказ придётся 15-30 минут что недопустимо для ресторана быстрого обслуживания. Персоналу советую перепройти обучение и начинать открываться за час до открытия дверей для гостей.

Кассирша которая сегодня 29.06.23 стояла, казашка, полная, узкоглазая, ужасно грубая! Кфс наверное нет денег на вежливых сотрудников чтобы их обучить качественному сервису. Было такое ощущение что все клиенты к ней домой в гости пришли

Работают до 10 людей приходит много они не успевают до этого времени и говорят что заказы не принимают приехали с другого города не чего не было(сказали все закончилось ь) брали бургнер двойной не понравился был сухой
