Regarding the waiting time, I can say that the screen of displayed orders does not work normally, only it was displayed there and after a few minutes it goes to the ready orders department, but in fact the order is not ready yet and will not be ready for another ten minutes and therefore a lot of people gather next to the checkout, although the person at the checkout says in the microphone whose order is ready, but here's the problem with either the bells or the microphone, as if everything is wheezing and very bass and you rarely understand what he says into this microphone. Touchscreens, where you choose the order yourself, very, very often do not work normally, some sensors are already buggy. Very often, the card reader in the touchscreen does not work either. This is very annoying, the staff does not say in advance which one of the devices does not work, and when you have already typed in your giant order, it turns out that the payment does not work (I know that you can pay through a qr scanner (via phone), but not everyone has a phone nearby or it may not be their card or a person does not have, say, a touchscreen phone or does not know how to use it. Good location, in a block with a shopping center, which has a great place for entertaining children, + an eco-bazaar together, you can buy almost everything for home and family, but kfc itself tastes different from the original, in principle passable, but for those who have tried original kfc, they will notice the quality is lower, about 3 stars out of 5.

Every few minutes, the check number is shouted into the microphone.The question is: - Why?? There is a scoreboard where everything is visible. And so it is in all branches.
