I'd rather walk an extra kilometer next time, but don't set foot here anymore.
I ordered a duet basket on the way using a promo code through the application, literally in 5 minutes I go in for the order, and it's already ready! (which surprised me a lot, because usually there are always delays at this point). I picked up the order, came home, opened the package and there... two dry-fried legs, 2 strips instead of 4 (one is either bitten or broken), there are no complaints about the wings. All this miracle was disguised by scattered French fries, exactly in those compartments where this outrage lay (as if by accident).
This is the first time I have encountered this kind of irresponsible behavior in the entire existence of KFC in Belarus.

05.01.2025 an order was placed. To take away.
It was cooked for more than 30 minutes. Let's say there were no ready-made chicken legs. But when we started checking the order, it turned out that the sauces (3 pieces) that were paid for were not put in at all. At home, it turned out that there was not enough burger. And the ones that were put down were hideously packed and wrinkled.
I would understand if there was a queue and the staff didn't look due to fatigue and the flow of people. But while waiting for the order, there were practically no new visitors. Several tables were occupied and 3-4 people came to place an order.
I do not recommend this "restaurant".

Well, today (09.12.2024, from about 14:30), of course, the employees stood out more than ever. Not only was some kind of chanson playing for the whole hall, periodically with obscene content, but also the workers themselves were swearing, shouting, some kind of bacchanal. It would be better if the toilet for visitors was washed and the tables were wiped clean of crumbs, because they completely forgot about it during their swearing - it was terribly dirty.
It feels like I didn't go to the KFS, but to a pub around the corner.

People be vigilant, very often when you order a burger and want to enjoy a big burger and specially buy to eat, but it's a bummer :) Hard underweight, the first time I bought a burger, the declared weight should be about 286 g, we made 196, today the situation is identical, I took a burger declared at 305 g, we made 239, and this is still minus the packaging to the weight :) If you buy something, then control the weight of the product you are buying

The dirtiest KFS I've ever been in, the order was waiting for 30 minutes and as it turned out there were people at that moment who waited even longer for me to order, when I received my order everything was cold, when I called the manager to solve this issue, he immediately answers me: the only thing I can help you is to give a book of complaints to all employees on the side, while I was sitting with a friend there, more people came who also waited for their order for 20-30 minutes, the service is terrible, not a foot here anymore!!!! P.S There were not as many people as they poured into my ears

Please do something about the waiting time for the order!! It may be worth hiring more employees or revitalizing existing ones. Three employees, one of whom works. Maybe we got on an unsuccessful shift, waiting for an order for more than 20 minutes, there is no such thing in any KFS restaurant at other points. At the same time, the number of visitors in this place is small.

Good afternoon. Disgusting customer service. On March 7, one girl worked at the checkout and in the kitchen, and because of this, the waiting time for the order was 15 minutes. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant. Another disadvantage is that the trash can was clogged, garbage was lying around it, some left garbage on the tables. They gave Sanders a box without nuggets and with collapsed strips. He came up, showed me, said that there were not enough nuggets. They gave them to me, but they didn't apologize for the situation and, of course, for the strips, it's a shame. Plus, the order was prepared for a long time with minimal occupancy, and my order was the closest. I can understand everything, but when you treat employees with understanding, you want to at least see a non-selfish attitude.

Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes has dropped significantly. Every other time, the chicken comes across so tough that it is impossible to bite. Instead of strips, there are some small pieces of chicken and breadcrumbs. At least the potatoes are rustic. 👍

The filthiest KFS in Belarus. First, on June 26, they put completely melted ice cream in the order, which stood in front of my eyes for more than 5 minutes in a warm place, next to where ready-made burgers are (they also joked with a friend "it would be funny if they gave it to us later"), and the same cocktail, more precisely, sweet milk mash with syrup. They were replaced with a favor, but besides that, the remaining 2 Sanders burgers in the order were given out completely cold from the word. My patience has already run out, and I wanted to leave a review in the book, although I understand what's the use of this 0, t to both the director of the restaurant and the main office management, it's all up to the light bulb. Then there was a frenzy with facespalm: the manager first talked nonsense about "because of the sauce and tomatoes, the burger should be cold," after she offered to warm up these burgers, and also "we can redo it." I didn't want to wait for half an hour again, and she swore that such and similar game would not happen again (such as cooking 4 legs for 30 minutes a few weeks earlier), agreed to heating and did not leave a complaint.
But today the tin was repeated again, but in a different form: instead of a barbecue boxmaster, they put a barbecue burger, which costs 2 rubles cheaper + it is slightly worse and smaller than a burger. Although the amount donated by the KFS is small, but if you were deceived, it's okay, it happens, and if someone steals at least a ruble, they will immediately start a masquerade. Later I will leave a complaint in all its glory, although unfortunately it will not be of any use, but I am doing everything I can to make such offices, perhaps, somehow become more adequate. I am wildly surprised that this place has not been closed yet. A priori, I'm not going there anymore, it's better to take shava next to me

Good evening! We came with a friend to have a snack. We ordered at 10.15 pm, we waited for 15 minutes, and besides, there was only one person in the kitchen. The drinks were heavily diluted with water, there was only a taste of soda, nothing was put in the ai-twister except meat and sauce. It's a 50/50 establishment, but the food is just awful. It was a shame that the burger was absolutely cold, the nuggets and potatoes were even less warm, but closer to cold. I was very surprised by the appearance of the packaging of burgers and potatoes. Everything is covered in greasy oil, fingerprints are everywhere. I was also very upset by the taste of cola, which varies depending on the availability of ice. The cola that had ice in it had an aftertaste of rot, like swamp water, it's no exaggeration. In general, I really want to believe that the institution will improve in the future. I also can't help but mention the toilet area, terrible unsanitary conditions, I'm silent about the smell, the whole toilet is in urine😕
