The food is generally delicious, the assortment is good, there is a large space and many different types of seating. Interesting design. Once, when ordering, tea was not reported (the order was "with me"). They just poured water into a glass, tea was not found at all in principle (no sachet, box, etc.). Sometimes, okay, it's clear that the place is passable, there are a lot of visitors. Because of this, the staff also does not have time to clean up after them (also not very critical). Once they gave me a leaky glass of tea. Quickly changed - great.
BUT! The most terrible thing is the contingent of visitors. Sometimes it's dangerous to be there. Extremely inadequate. With young children, I do not recommend visiting this place at all, I am very afraid for them. Put at least one guard there. The staff does not respond to the wild behavior of some specimens.

It is often dirty, the tables are not cleaned, a lot of crumbs, etc. this can be omitted, a large number of visitors are simply physically unable to clean up in a timely manner.
The range is just a bomb.
There is a special dish for every fastidious customer
Everything is always fresh, the quality of the ingredients is excellent.
We are especially pleased with the update of the promo codes every month.
Prices are low, as they say, when it's delicious, then it's delicious!!!!

Yesterday (September 1), I came to personally order 18 sharp wings, arrived home, decided to count the number, there were 14 wings. Do you have some kind of joke about underplaying your wings? Are you saving there or what? It seems to me that this is too much, I pay the full cost for the full amount of products, and to save money, to under-serve food, I consider it disrespectful. 12/25/24 we went to take out food. The order really wasn't long in coming. We didn't have time to go to the order delivery table, as the young man shoved a bag of products without making sure if he was giving the right order. Because there were a lot of people, I quickly looked into the package and seemed to be satisfied with everything. When we arrived home (we don't live in Vitebsk) it turned out that there were not enough French fries (we ordered a large portion + 2 sauces). There were sauces, but NO potatoes. It's also our fault that they didn't check at the checkout. But it's just a shame that this happens on New Year's holidays (and on any ordinary day). It's unpleasant, there's a residue left, I think we won't visit this place anymore!
