1. Instead of 2 ordered potatoes, they put (punched) one. They don't listen carefully to the order. The second time, instead of the usual schefburger, they gave me a spicy one, although I focused attention when I made the order.
2. This time they punched the sauce, but did not put it with them. I found it only at home. Such a thing. I'm not taking anything else here!
