4. Today, 2 times I came across a situation where no one is cooking anything. The cash register is empty, the kitchen is empty! Do you smoke there in single file? It's not a matter of waiting 5 minutes for the order to be prepared and another 5 minutes to ask for the tray! In front of me, some guy with a bag in his hands and a winter jacket came into the kitchen and was looking for the staff. And what do you think? I didn't find anyone.
What I want to say about this place ... we arrived at night after the concert, because we really wanted to eat, and there are not so many night establishments. We arrived in a good mood, we communicated politely with the staff. We ordered a takeaway. However, they did not give it to us to take away, but just on a tray. We asked the girl to take it with us, as we ordered with us, which was indicated in their application. As a result, the girl gave us a package so that we could put everything together ourselves and looked at us with such a dissatisfied face for about three minutes, as if we had burned down her house. However, thanks to the chefs - the food was very tasty, but the mood was killed.

The order was small (burger, potatoes and sauce), but the waiting time for such an order is more than 20 minutes. The employees issued orders after me earlier. After I received the long-awaited order, it turned out that the burger was completely cold, even the cheese did not melt, there was very little filling, I just had to eat a dry bun.

I went to this KFC for a milkshake, which I often buy at other locations in the chain. I paid at the kiosk, the receipt didn't come out, but the order number was reflected, fine. It's impossible to find a clean table!! The bins are overflowing, so everything falls out of them. We went to order food today, waited 23 minutes, taking into account the fact that our order was the only one and it contained two potatoes (potatoes are always deep-fried), two sauces (which just need to be put in a bag), a cheeseburger (which was ready for all these 20 minutes) and an I-twister (which is prepared from power of 2 minutes). Question: what could you do for 23 minutes??? There were 4 people in the kitchen who took turns approaching the screen, looked at what was in the order and left. We moved the napkins from place to place, that's the whole robotic process.
