Today I was at KFC in Megamall. I made an order through a vending machine. When my order number appeared on the screen as "ready", I went to the pick-up point and saw that the order was not ready. The burgers were ready, but the potatoes and drinks were not.People with such de-issuance orders line up in a live queue to be "picked up" from the order. potatoes are added to the order first to the one who is closer and not by the order number. It's a complete mess.
It seems to me that the orders were transferred to the "ready" state in order to meet the internal time indicators, while the orders were not ready.
In general, I am dissatisfied with the service and speed. And without the service, KFC is just fried chicken)
I took food here several times and waited a very long time each time. I ordered food through Yandex once, they had to bring it from this point and after a long wait, the order was canceled. The last time I waited for a small order was 45 minutes. I will never order anything here again.
It took a terrifyingly long time, 40 minutes, I waited for two burgers and coffee, I came up 3 times, but they told me that it was not ready yet, although there was something ready on the scoreboard, it turned out that they had collected the order with them, and not in the hall and threw it into the far corner of the counter and did not see it at close range....
The waiting time for the order is 30 minutes, the strips did not report. The issue was resolved, but the sediment remained. Otherwise, the food is normal. Two ketchup and a Coke were given as a gift for the inconvenience :) I still recommend local food in Yerevan, it is 100/10 here)
I love eating at KFC. In Moscow, I do not miss the opportunity to come in. Of course, I decided to eat breaded chicken delicacies in Yerevan. Everything was fine - no worse than in Moscow. The quality is excellent!
