Today I was at KFC in Megamall. I made an order through a vending machine. When my order number appeared on the screen as "ready", I went to the pick-up point and saw that the order was not ready. The burgers were ready, but the potatoes and drinks were not.People with such de-issuance orders line up in a live queue to be "picked up" from the order. potatoes are added to the order first to the one who is closer and not by the order number. It's a complete mess.
It seems to me that the orders were transferred to the "ready" state in order to meet the internal time indicators, while the orders were not ready.
In general, I am dissatisfied with the service and speed. And without the service, KFC is just fried chicken)

Несколько раз брал тут еду и каждый раз ждал очень долго. Один раз заказывал через Яндекс еду, должны были привезти именно из этой точки и после долгого ожидания отменили заказ. Последний раз прождал небольшой заказ 45 минут. Больше никогда здесь не буду ничего заказывать.

Ужасающе долго, 40 минут ждал два бургера и кофе, 3 раза подходил, но мне отвечали что еще не готово, хотя на табло было что готово, оказалось они собрали заказ с собой, а не в зале и закинули в дальний угол прилавка и в упор его не видели….
