Today we visited this institution and the rest is in a slight shock! By the way, we are not the only ones! The cheeseburger was folded as if a child was putting it together, it was a horror! The potatoes look like they were from yesterday, the cola is diluted with carbonated water (and it's not water with concentrate as it usually should be), it tastes like strongly carbonated water with a little cola added for color. But the sauce with nuggets is delicious.
The waiting time is disgustingly long , an order from 3 positions was waited 2 times for more than 30 minutes , provided there was no load of orders on the employees of the institution . I always took a duet basket and 4 sauces. But now I can't. I decided not to take it, and go to the dodo. Although I wanted more chicken with sauces.
Personally, my opinion is that by removing sauces for purchase piece by piece or by promotion, you (KFC) do it yourself so that customers go to competitors or other establishments.
