Good evening. I made an order at your cafe yesterday, 25.01. I was very unhappy. The order was for takeout, so I only found it at home. Instead of medium potatoes, they put a small one, and it was so not fresh that it was impossible to eat it. I ordered extra pickled cucumbers at the cheeseburer. As a result, the cheese in it was dry and weathered, and the cucumbers were one slice, taking that into account. that the composition should already include cucumbers, and I also ordered extra. It's just awful. And it's only on two dishes. I will not describe the situation when you order from a car. It hasn 't happened more than once . to either not be deceived, or something is definitely not there and you wait for 20 minutes.

Why 4/5 - I'll explain now.
Positive:
1. They cook quite tasty
2. There are always surprisingly places and quite comfortable, with sofas
3. On average, with a packed hall, an order is prepared in 30 minutes, I think it's not super long considering that there are about 20 orders in execution.
4. Burgers do not break apart as in the same McDonald's.
Minuses:
1. Sometimes they don't add to your order, you have to come up and ask.
2. Potatoes feel like they're just warmed up in the microwave.

On 11/20/24, we took a Duet Basket with coupon 7070. When they took it away, they did not check that there were no French fries in the package (although why should WE buyers double-check for employees, they should immediately do their job efficiently). It was only at home that they discovered what was missing. It's not a big loss, but when it happens more than once, it already starts to get seriously annoying. People pay money and want to receive their order in full!!!

I ordered a milkshake. After 10 minutes of waiting, the employee said that they could not cook and would replace it with another drink. I said that I was not satisfied with this and asked for a refund. One star just for getting the money back quickly. After that, I ordered a cocktail at BURGER KING, which was made for me in two minutes. Please respect the customers and their time!. Therefore, I do not advise you to stay here!!!

One of the coolest KFC in Belarus where I have been.
The service time was unrealistically short, I received the order literally in 3-5 minutes, maybe I was just lucky :)
Lots of seats - comfortable and clean.
The burgers are assembled soundly and evenly, the potatoes are still crispy and well salted in the evening.
