There is a solid negative from the institution on Dzerzhinsky Avenue, 94. I went there on time for lunch, I was hungry, because after 15 minutes of waiting it turned out that my order had not yet been prepared! They just forgot about my order))) The staff at this institution is simply disgusting, slow to the point of outrage, not experienced, they don't know how to work, it was obvious right away! I was there once. We took the original strips - they said that only the sharp ones remained (they came 30 minutes before closing). Okay, it's not scary. They refused them at all, but literally a minute later the staff said that they would still cook the original ones, but they had to wait 8 minutes. They waited, took the order with them - at home they found that the strips were still sharp. Otherwise, everything is the same as in all other KFC.
