It's a disappointment... When we arrived, there were no people in front of us, but for 14 minutes no one came up to us to take the order, although the staff went out to the cash register area several times, saw us, but stubbornly ignored us. We made an order through the terminal, we were waiting a long time.... we got twisters as thick as a sausage from the store, with a single strip inside and a pickled cucumber, without salad. The issued product is very different from similar twisters in other KFC restaurants. Somehow the visit turned out to be unpleasant, I do not recommend this particular KFC restaurant (although it may, as often happens, it all depends on the shift).
We came on a weekday, we are the only visitors. We waited for the order for 40 minutes. The staff explained this by saying that they did not defrost the products because there were few people.
