In this establishment, the administrator met us shouting at the top of her voice, calling someone from the kitchen area. Not a single self-service kiosk was working and I had to order at the checkout, where the order was accepted for an impossibly long time. We pick up the order and realize that we didn't get the tubes and sauce. It would seem: the human factor, but after we saw what kind of drink we were served... our eyes bulged. A coke was ordered, but there was water in the glass. In addition to all the above, unpleasant moments would be eaten under the disassembly and screams of other dissatisfied visitors and the administrator. The toilets are terribly dirty and the smell is disgusting. Apparently, they don't take away from the word at all. This place is on my blacklist.

1. We have been waiting for an order for a long time. Instead of doing their job, the employees laugh among themselves. But they reacted to the remark and accelerated.
2. The burgers are disgusting, the meat filling is less than 2 times the area of the bun. The burger is terribly over-salted, it feels like the meat is over-salted intentionally to hide the staleness.
3. Portions of fries are generally a separate conversation. I suppose that the bag should be filled completely? Or only a third or a half?
4. For a check of more than 52 rubles, for 4 people, they gave only 4 napkins.
5. The dumpsters are overflowing. No one cleans up.
6. The tables are dirty, no one cleans, leftovers are under the tables, no one cleans.
7. The toilet is a separate moment - it feels like this is not a toilet in a modern catering establishment, but a railway station free toilet from the 90s.
