Everything was always fine, but recently we decided to remember a familiar taste and went to an auto order, waited for the operator for 5 minutes, as we were told to wait, and then after making an order we waited for about 2 minutes. BUT!
Ordered a combo "Longer"
Sauce 0, 2 pickles, chicken and that's it.
That's fine, but most of all we didn't like the fact that it was wrapped in paper that covers the tray!!! That struck me the most.
Honestly disappointed... it used to be much better.
The security guard yelled at us and the company and said that we were obliged to clean the tray because the cleaner was ill and she was not there, we were sitting eating in the company and this security guard came up to us and silently took the tray on which the food remained and when we said leave the tray, she tells us that there are no more trays, there is nowhere to put food down and so she came not only to us, she also takes seats in the hall and does not allow anyone to sit on them when all the tables are occupied. BUT THE WORST NIGHTMARE IS WHEN SHE CAME TO OUR TABLE AND TOLD US TO PICK UP THE POTATOES THAT ACCIDENTALLY FELL ON THE FLOOR, WE DIDN'T DO IT, SHE COMES UP AND THROWS THESE DIRTY POTATOES FROM THE FLOOR ON MY TRAY!

One cashier at the reception of orders.4. Inconvenient order acceptance device.5. We took the order with us, the whole car interior smelled of deep-frying.6. Strange-looking French fries, rubbery in appearance and feeling.
I've been there a couple of times. We mostly ordered food for Dad with us. I liked everything even though I'm a vegetarian. Friendly staff, close to home and work!!! =))
I will never come back here, because the sauces were not counted in the order and the chicken did not meet expectations.. And we waited half an hour for the order. There was no change, they offered the sauce, and they didn't put it in!) Be sure to check everything before picking up the order!
1-2 times a month I take / order / sit in this restaurant. Everything is great. The only thing is, once or twice the strips were dry and hard to chew, but there were no more complaints
The interior is dirty, grey, oppressive finish.

Senior managers of this company, regional representatives, do you work or not? You have a delay of orders for a whole hour. One girl runs during rush hour, says one stove is working. Supply additional equipment, hire more workers. What kind of savings?! What an irresponsible attitude towards customers. Orders from cars do not work.
Просто ужасное место , решили с ребёнком пойти пообедать и были в шоке. Свой заказ мы ждали 36 минут . Везде все грязно , просила стол протереть , пришли через 15 минут , вытер один стол и все , в остальные грязные. Заказывала еду на подносе , выдают еще т в пакете , а ответ у них был подносов нет , конечно , они же в заде все стоят с едой. Я очень жалею что пришла сюда . Во вкусно и точка мы 1 сенТября простояли 20 минут , но людей было в 50 раз больше . Осень жад , ужасное место
Очень не хорошее кфс. Мясо с привкусом не первой свежести, нагетсы вообще молчу. были в городе проездом, заезжая в омск ощутили все прелести некачественного продукта, вдоль всей омской трассы, благо бумага туалетная с актив углем была с собой! Ужас
Огромные очереди, всегда куча народу,кассиры довольно медлительны и не всегда правильно запоминают заказ,могут что-то недоложить. Запах в самом зале и на улице не всегда приятный. Но,для фаст-фуд едальни - сойдёт
Ужасная точка кфс, вечно авто не работает, то одно то другое, заказываешь крылья, кладут в перемешу, сервиса ноль! Зачем у вас услуга - авто, если она никогда не работает!!!
