A great restaurant. I rarely visit there, of course, but I always order delivery from there. The food is always great, and the choice is good. There are waiting tables and you can collect your order yourself.

I made an online order, place it at 10.16 am, indicated the ready time at 18.05. I arrived at the specified time and.. as you understand, the order is not ready. Moreover, the staff barely realized what I wanted from them. They asked me to wait 5 minutes. I agree, even though there is no time. The order is large, for 54 rubles. Somehow they collected it and gave it away. I don't have time to check, I took it and left. Arriving home, I unpacked. Bottom line: we didn't put 1 burger (there were only 2 of them in the order), instead of sanders potatoes, they simply put potatoes without sauce and onions. I live outside the city, of course I did not return. Some standards of the global network must be respected, but I don't care about the client. Well, I'll take the money to another place next time. Ps. I read the previous negative reviews and the administration's reaction: everything became clear, no one will fix anything. My advice to readers is not to go to this restaurant, this is the only way to punish them.

We visited KFC today and were extremely disappointed. We placed an order and waited for more than 20 minutes, although the system showed on the screen that the order was ready. We approached the staff to clarify, but in response we heard that it was a "system malfunction". It seems that employees intentionally mark orders as ready in order to deceive the internal control system. Such behavior is unacceptable and undermines the credibility of the institution. A very unpleasant experience.
