I recently visited KFC and, unfortunately, I was disappointed. I didn't like the atmosphere in the establishment — there is a lack of coziness and comfort. The cashier communicates with customers negligently, does not show proper attention and does not listen to the order well. I had to repeat what was ordered several times. In addition, the condition of the toilets was terrible, which further spoiled the impression. I hope the management will pay attention to these problems and improve the quality of service.

Moreover, some orders were already ordered with me.
Write the damn exact figure of how much is already being prepared. If I knew that I would have to wait for 20 orders in front of me, I would just leave and not waste time.
The best thing is to stand in line after work.
