entering this KFS, the first thing that caught my eye was the absence of a person at the checkout. I had to wait 7 minutes for one of the employees to come to the checkout and take the order. most likely, the problem is that from the kitchen, the workers do not see the cash register and do not see that people are standing there. and there are very few employees themselves, I counted three people for the entire restaurant. they gave out a Junior Burger - the chicken is so hard that it is very difficult to chew it. an additional portion of bacon is one piece that is half the size of a burger.....
I would like to praise at least the French fries, but they were icy and dried, it was also hard to chew ...
while I was sitting in this KFS, I noticed that workers often leave the kitchen, and not at the checkout Even.

You go to the website and are immediately invited to place an online order. Which I did. But after debiting the money from the card, a cute voice on the phone informed that the order could not be completed and in general, expect a call from another specialist on money refund issues. Naturally, no call was received. The call center does not pick up the phone when an outgoing call is made either. Well, that's fine.
So we went to the address to order everything on the spot. The order was large, the lunch was over, of course, no one had much time. And not only did they forget to give drinks, until they asked for them several times, they didn't carry anything. We were waiting for these drinks, as if they were made in Sri Lanka and brought to us by train. And then a SURPRISE - they forgot to put the potatoes for us too.
Dear employees of this organization, please work more clearly. Everyone gets tired, but you need to be MORE CAREFUL!

I arrived on Wednesday at one o'clock in the afternoon. I ordered 2 nuggets boxes and lemonade in a separate receipt. I waited for boxes for 30 minutes, lemonade for 25. There are only 2 employees for the entire institution. No one at the checkout, only self-service kiosks. Speaking of which... none of them had any paper for checks and they all squeak very irritatingly. And I understand that this is not the fault of the employees. After all, there are only two of them, and there are about 20 orders. Also, the air conditioners do not work in the heat.

I would like to leave a negative review about this institution at 45 Olshevsky Street.I always go on my break to buy milkshakes and always did it very quickly, within 5 minutes.but today, on 07/27/2023, I waited for the order for 15 minutes, although there were not many people.The staff worked very slowly, clumsily.so they also didn't give a spoon for ice cream, they had to remind them, so they didn't put it on a napkin yet, but on a dirty table for issuing orders.I have not seen such a service yet.Don't set foot in your establishment anymore.
