Not a single device for receiving an order has been working for a couple of months. Allegedly, the payment is not processed. Visitors, unaware of this, approach the device and, after placing an order, realize that payment is not being made, the device issues an error. I told the manager about it several times, if it doesn't work, then notify the visitor with a sign: "It doesn't work!" Nothing changes with this problem, I come here once a week. But according to my observations, the staff changes often.

The food is great, but the waiting is a little too much
I didn't like it for the 1st time. But I had to go there several times, and I began to get used to their production a little. In general, they are normal, and the service has become fast.
We waited a very long time for the order, 40-50 minutes. Tip, expand the staff of kitchen staff and kitchen equipment, perhaps the cooking time will be reduced, and there will be 5 stars!!!
I visited this place several times, I thought it was really delicious, just like in Moscow. But today, on January 4, 2019, I bought a Basket-25, as usual, with me. I brought it home, I was very disappointed. The meat is stale, heavily salted, the wings and legs are unusually small. It's just awful!!!
Chicken strips (menu) from competitors (I will not name them and so they know) and cheaper and more delicious (crispy breading, juicy meat) than the originals themselves, I do not know what the matter is, but having visited several cafes of this chain abroad, Tashkent's are the worst in cuisine (not counting coffee).
