There is confusion and vacillation in Colonel Sanders' army.
Friday evening is rush hour for establishments, but not for KFC in the West shopping center. I decided to pay for the order at the checkout, the cashier saw that I was coming with a check, but at the same time he calmly went about his business for probably 7 minutes.
The order was going to take a long time, although I did not order anything so unusual. During assembly, it turned out that there were no sharp wings, and I had to involuntarily agree to another product that I did not need. Promotional product 1+1=3 was calculated as 1+1+1 =3!
It's bad, very bad, at such moments it feels good that the client is not important at all.

I didn't like KFC. Of the advantages, only one is that the order was quickly given. I wanted to buy the sauce separately, because what went to the order, it was not enough. I sent the child, they can't explain at the checkout that it can't be bought separately, so there's no need to drive the child. The chicken that was in the order smelled good, even the spices didn't help her anymore. And there were practically no people in the institution, which is not surprising, with such an attitude. I wasn't a frequent guest, I think I won't be there for a long time.

I ordered a burger with extra cucumber (there was no cucumber in the description) and the burger is the same. The order was given:The burgers are cold. I brought it back, they said we don't heat it (this time). The burger without cucumber came out with a CUCUMBER too (that's two)!!! They took the tray, napkins, they didn't really warm it up (that's three)!!! In short, we ruined all the impressions of a delicious snack!!! The service staff is not talking properly!!! Poor quality service. Firstly, pieces of meat are simply thrown into burgers and when opened, the burger itself falls apart. Secondly, no matter how big an order the pathetic 2nd napkins are placed (do you guys feel sorry for napkins?). Thirdly, ice cream in Minsk is poured into a full cup with a mountain, they don't even fill it half right there and consider that the price of 4.5 rubles is quite appropriate. I do not recommend it.
