Terrible service (waiting about an hour) and dirty indoors. I made an order, but they gave me something completely different, or rather they didn't even give me one. I ordered 3 combos, but they gave me 2 burgers, because the kitchen employee beat me off (what she was doing on the issue is not clear, she also wore the same gloves that counted the money and pressed the screen to cook), when asked by the manager to help add to the order or make the right one, she just left, trying to avoid unnecessary conversations. Honestly, I would not wish anyone to visit this institution, on the contrary, I will dissuade. If you decide to go out to try it at least once, only if you like to look like an idiot. But I don't recommend it, by the way, there is a more interesting Sushi Burger in a cafe nearby, I advise you to try it as a variety.

The service speed was 2, there weren't many people, but I had to wait straight (I didn't get bored, subjectively)
The food is also 2, not a fan of this, but I tried it both in Astana and in St. Petersburg it was better.
I do not recommend it to anyone who is not a fan of fast food

We waited 55 minutes for our order. During this time, they probably only issued 3-4 orders. You can see there aren't enough people, the guy forgets to put fries or sauces or doesn't see the number of drinks in the receipt. The staff in the kitchen just calmly walks back and forth, seeing the influx of customers, does not accelerate at all. When I saw a crowd of customers, I really wanted to dissuade them from ordering, because they would have waited until morning.

It 's a complete disappointment . We waited a long time for the order. Uncomfortable tables . It 's uncomfortable . The girl at the reception is like a fish on dry land. Her voice was not really heard . Most likely, we should have guessed what she was telling us.
And I feel sorry for 2,150 tenge for 5 milipi*dm (half of a wing) of a wing. Everything is unreasonably expensive .
The music is dull. She made me feel sleepy.

Honestly, it's not delicious!
Arriving from Novosibirsk, Semey was pleased with the presence of a CFS in the city.
We came, ordered at the self-service terminal, waited for 15 minutes, which actually wasn't long and it didn't bother me, given that there were quite a few people. BUT after receiving my order and trying it, I was very disappointed in the quality of the original schefburger.
Except for rolls, sauce and a small piece of lettuce, nothing is tortured.
And where are the pickled cucumbers, onions, and a NORMAL lettuce leaf?!
In addition, the burger looks like it's been stepped on.
Previously, there was no such thing as how many I ordered in Novosibirsk. It was possible not to spend money, but to buy at any eatery with the same composition that they prepared for me here. It is very unpleasant that this is one network and they must cook according to the rules of the institution, and not as they want.
And yes, I'm not talking about the fact that the meat is fried in breadcrumbs, but the fact that the meat smells like a refrigerator is absolutely a nightmare.
