About everything in order
1) There should have been a sprite with vanilla syrup in the order, and a cola of 0.8. As a result, 4 cups were given out: 0.8 is not available, 2 and one sprite were given, but an extremely "smart" employee punched an additional cola and added syrup to it, which should have been in the sprite.
2) the burger killed to death (I'll attach a photo). I ordered a Junior cheeseburger, and as a result I got this something. Half of the ingredients are missing, the bun feels like it has already been chewed before me and in addition it is also burnt, because you can see the fumes at the top.
3) potatoes are just stone. Not only is it cold, and it feels like it is not the first freshness and has been lying for several days, so in addition it is also absolutely tasteless, even with sauce it is impossible to eat.
4) everything in the order was really cold. I was waiting for an order - it's not clear why, because it's not visible that at least something was being prepared here.
It's very bad.
I ordered on Friday, there were a lot of orders in the kitchen, I understand, I waited my turn.
While I was waiting, I listened to the or from the kitchen and incomprehensible misunderstandings on the part of the staff.
When they made my order, they said among themselves that the cola was running out.
I want to pick up my order, but I only see the backs. But come on. I shrug my shoulders, check the receipts, the order seems to be mine.
Next, I'm greeted by a tasteless potato with a hair..
The drink was just carbonated water with a hint of Cola.
Well, the burger.. more or less, but not everything is so beautiful. Maybe against the background of terrible potatoes and Cola.

When you ask the staff what's wrong with the story and why it took so long, they refer to a large number of orders, while in a nearby restaurant, the order board is three times larger and orders are given in 5-10 minutes on average. They communicate as if you are not a customer of their eatery, but came to their house.

This option does not work in this restaurant, you know, even if you have made an online order, you will still be waiting at the counter for exactly 30 minutes. It has been tested on personal experience more than once.
Meal.
The food is just disgusting. Potatoes... it would seem that you can spoil this dish, but no - in this restaurant it is possible to spoil everything and even potatoes. The dishes are served, most often cold.

Nobody cares about complaints in this restaurant.
And even when calling the hotline, complaints do not reach the management. I filed a complaint, they promised to call me back during the day, so no one called back even for 3 days.
The staff sees that you are standing at the counter and does not even approach, just stands with your back and walks past. In the restaurant itself, there is a sign with a phone number if there are any complaints, when you call, they will not even listen to you until the end, and at the end they will also hang up the phone.
In this restaurant, you can be fed only with requests for "minute" waits, cold and disgusting food.
Well, if it so happens that you got into this hangout and made an order there, carefully review whether everything was put to you, since you do not report sauce, potatoes or something else, here too, the rules are normal.
Good establishment, top-level service. The food is always delicious, the staff is polite. I often go there and I really like everything. I recommend it!

I say on the spot , in the hall the order , and in response with my back to me : " we don 't have trays " , I cover and ... hello — a fork , for a soft ice cream , let 's go change , again — we don 't have spoons , eat with a fork ! The Schefburger is spicy without cucumber and onion, crumpled, cold (!) and dry! Half of the sauce and salad , finely chopped , remained on the paper . The potatoes are cold too . Thanks for the ruined expectations. I will not go myself and I do not advise others!
It's not the first time we've visited this place, and every time it's the same problem. The order is made for half an hour or longer instead of 5-10 minutes. Staff is not particularly friendly, manages to talk while not doing their job. Another flawed point, the KFC has many good establishments, but alas, this does not apply to them. What's wrong with that? Let's start with the fact that the cashier said that there was no way to enter coupons at the checkout, and even told me about the absence of a 3 promotion at the price of 2 (at another point on the same day it was valid), okay, not fatal. Further more, twister and aitwister were barely "alive", as if they had only been slightly warmed up, the potatoes were also barely warm. As a result: absolutely spoiled impressions.
I've never been to KFC, the first time we ordered 2 combos for three and made 3 out of 6 burgers, but I went over and asked and they were finished (I had to wait another 10 minutes). The second time we came and ordered a basket, all chicken products are called spicy, but in fact only the wings were sharp. The potatoes are the worst of all the nets (small as straw and one was over-salted), the prices are biting. You can go 1-2 times.
08/12.24 I went in at about 21:40 and made an order with a friend for chicken wings and a spicy burger. When I opened the burger, I immediately noticed something wrong, in short, they deceived me, inside of all that was there were three slices of pickled cucumber, fillet and sauce, the rest was missing. It wouldn't matter if I ordered a burger for 3 rubles, but when you take it for 7 rubles and they throw you a bun and fillet with sauce, well, it's some kind of joke. I'm waiting for a response from the manager here, if I don't get it. I will come and write a complaint.

Apparently, financially everything is sad for this "institution", or a very effective manager manages it, because I don't understand what the hell the taste got worse, then the size of the wings became smaller (as if they started buying small and cheap ones), and then their far from the most delicious sauces became mandatory.

I waited for an order of 2 cheeseburgers for 25 minutes, provided that they were initially ready. There is 1 small piece of meat in a cheeseburger, half of the burger is just a bun. The rest of the ingredients were also scarce. It is more expensive to go to this KFS for yourself-it is easier to get to the KFS in the center and get a faster and tastier order.

Мне лично из трио Макдональдс, Бургер Кинг и КФС последний нравится меньше всего. Тут своя тематика и свои блюда, они отличаются и тоже по своему вкусные, но бургеры к примеру мне не понравились. Крылья - ок, но я ел острые, возможно можно попросить что бы были менее острые, точно я не знаю.
Заказывала сегодня (18.08.2023) в KFC в ТЦ Момо Шефбургер Джуниор острый, стандартную картошку и соус барбекю. Брала навынос и торопилась, поэтому и не проверила заказ, когда назвали мой номер и поставили пакет на зону выдачи. Да и в голову даже не пришло, что что-то может быть не так, потому что раньше вопросов не возникало. Пришла домой, картошки нет. 5 рублей всего, но всё равно обидно.

Не фанат данного заведения, но решил все таки дать ему шанс, поскольку в алми все очень даже хорошо. Но здесь я долго ожидал заказ, забыли соус и при этом все было холодное, хотя ждал я прилично.
Я бы понял, если бы был горячий зал, но и не особо людно было, по крайней мере у них)
Норм дровишек в топку закинуть. Кура - наше всё. Но людей на смене явно не хватает . Долго готовят заказы. Не успевают. И еще пивас продают. Но когда он по акции (пивас)- его пить невозможно. Это не пивас а вода с противным вкусом. Я чуть пить не бросил после таких акций 2+1. 2 бокала сквозь слёзы выпил. Третий даже не трогал. Было это прошлой осенью.

Посетили 15.01 (вск) около 13 часов. Всего 1 касса обслуживания для наличной оплаты. Очередь, как в антракте в театральный WC. Отстояв с 2-мя детьми 20 мин в очереди, слышу от кассира: "Ожидание заказа порядка 20 мин, будете ждать?" 40 мин до решения и до получения заказа? Реально? В Мишленовских ресторанах быстрее заказ продают, чем в фаст-фуде.
Ну, как так?! Менеджеру на принтере листик распечатать со временем ожидания заказа и у выдачи повесить - интеллекта не хватило? Чтобы люди сразу видели и прикидывали перспективы в выходной день с детьми. Развернулись и разочарованные ушли в McD за биг-тести. Через 30 сек. сидели с бургерами. Но разочарование не исчезло - обидно было за убитое время и не полученную, но желанную курочку. Получается, кто-то может сделать качественное обслуживание, а кто-то не очень... Жаль. Всегда предпочитала KFC. Впервые такое разочарование.
