If this shopping center stands on the sidelines, this does not mean that there should be a disdainful attitude towards customers! Teach the staff politeness. Two girls collected more than 15 orders and did not give any of them for 20 minutes. They just turned away and did not respond to questions, to the fact that the whole crowd was pointing phones with numbers at them. It's a stressful job, that's understandable, but no one drove you there from the clients present. Put on a smile and work - this is the service sector! There is a separate story about the kitchen - is there no quality control? Isn't the recipe the same? The most terrible service and the most terrible KFC cuisine in Almaty!
