It's delicious every other time, it's all about breading, it can be just disgusting, quite a few crackers and a lot of pepper, it's impossible to eat. It would be cool to somehow find out in advance what kind of breading you have today and not waste time and money.

What questions did I face :
• the order was incorrectly collected (when it was detected, defects were corrected, but the situation occurred quite often);
• the toilet is permanently dirty (this is not only in the KFS at this address; apparently, the management does not care about its customers.yes, of course, the economy segment, but there were times when, because of a dirty toilet, I changed my mind about making an order)

An amazing place. From the beginning of the opening to the present day, super slow people have been working there. I often go to the Euroopt store, and then to the KFS. So time goes by and nothing changes. I come in and even without a queue, I have to wait 20-30 minutes for a burger. It's like time has reversed here and everyone is living super slow. The tables in the restaurant are constantly dirty (with crumbs). Once I paid for a burger to add bacon, they added bacon, but the size is 1 cm by 1 cm. Chicken tastes different from other establishments. Chicken can be served cold. For comparison, the other day I was at rush hour at the KFS on Kamennaya Gorka, they cooked a burger for me in 15 minutes, so there was a queue of 50 people. And here they just drag on all the time. I think this place will be closed soon, because I don't want to go back there, only that there are few alternatives nearby, so people go. But that's not the case at all.

To my remark - oh well... In other CFS, managers are more customer-oriented with such fumes... The quality is solid 5 - the chicken is fried normally, not overcooked, juicy.

Immediately, the garbage on the floor catches the eye, trays on the tables after the visitors, and there was no one in the queue and 1 order was being prepared. I went to the cashier to ask them to finally get out, to which the cashier said that they had a lot of orders, although this was not the case, he said that he would ask someone to come out to the hall, but this never happened

There are no obstacles to the place itself. Only the staff is to blame.
It doesn't matter what the workload is and the number of orders. You will need to wait even for something small or streaming.
Every time I go to the bottom alone with an itaister, I have to wait from 10 minutes.
Today I ran out of patience. I was late for an important meeting simply because there is no collector.
She stands and talks to the cashier. Explains something. Something as primitive as possible from what I heard "sauces are in rubles", "for each coin there is a separate compartment" is a bit too much considering that the order board is crowded.
After my remark that maybe someone would start giving Orders, she received the answer "now I will give orders" and continued to stand at the checkout, I even clocked the time for 4 minutes, she was still sitting. And only then I went to give Orders, and the speed of assembly makes it better to do the best.
And similar stories all the time, all employees move like turtles, stand and just chat when there are a lot of orders (the queue is visible on the scoreboard)
It's unbearable. I think next time I will write to the book of comments.
