I've been to this place a couple of times, the food is delicious, not expensive, the place is clean enough, but everything is very bad with their Promotions, I heard on the radio in the car that on Wednesdays you can have a snack twice as cheap, I came on Wednesday and made an order through their info kiosk, and the order cost so much just like on other days, then it turned out that there are a lot of pitfalls, you need to apply some coupons somewhere, take information (numbers) of these coupons from somewhere, in short, this place is not for casual visitors, but for regular and seasoned customers, for example, I will not go there anymore, precisely because of this.

It seems to be delicious and the prices are normal, but what the hell with the staff! I often come after work until 3 a.m., not only is the return taking into account the fact that there are no orders at all from 20 minutes, they always do not put something, first the tubes, napkins, sauce, the other day they did not put the nuggets, today the potatoes (order 11/13.24 at 3.40)... soulless creatures. An employee always needs to repeat the order several times, today a boorish woman went to the absence of potatoes as a gift, they waited for her for 5 minutes and also communicated as if I had ruined her life because I did not know that there was still no cheese sauce.
It's scary to go into the institution itself, not only that a bunch of teenagers without orders, the main thing is that 2 times I almost fainted while waiting for an order (everything is fine with my health and this has never happened before) for the first time it got to the point that it completely darkened in my eyes to blindness and if they hadn't helped me, I I would have fallen there, but I managed to get out the second time almost as soon as the symptoms appeared. I would not have written if I had problems with this earlier or in other establishments... after the first time in the afternoon I went for a drive, an employee told me that coupons were only at the kiosk (the kiosk on the street certainly did not work) and after my story about the last visit he said that this would not happen, soon after that the situation repeated

I have visited this institution more than once and every time I meet a bunch of teenagers here. and if they were sitting like visitors who have purchased something and are eating it, then there would be no questions. but no, the guys are sitting without ordering anything, yelling obscenities at the whole institution, electronic cigarettes are smoking in front of the cash register and the staff pays 0 attention to this. the atmosphere spoils all the good impression of the food. I definitely do not recommend going here with children.
